Description of Work: I purchased the garage door tune-up deal as described (new, quieter rollers, beam adjustments, pressure sensors, keypad coding, etc.) In the time between the deal purchase & the actual service call, one of the springs broke, making the door inoperable. Corey adjusted his schedule and was out the very next day, ahead of schedule and the work was completed in very short time.

Description of Work: I purchased a "tune-up" for my garage door which included replacing the noisy rollers. Corey also fixed the problem I was having with the garage door which was that it would not stay closed without manual intervention. He spent a lot of time in my hot garage analyzing and eventually fixing the problem which was caused by a defect in my fairly new door opener. Excellent service! I will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

Description of Work: I was a lucky purchaser of Garage Door Reconditioning PLUS Roller Replacement from CGXcavating back on 10/26/11, order #161305. Corey Glackin was nice, clean, and professional, and arrived at my home on December 16th at 9:00AM, worked his magic on my noisy, jerking garage door, and now it works better than when I moved in 11 years ago! He said my spring is showing wear but "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" and I agreed. So he left his business card attached to the wall below my opener along with the color of the spring I will need when my current one snaps. That truly impressed me. Before he left, I asked him if he could reprogram my opener and keypad since someone had my old combination programmed in their car. He did that for me too, and then was on his way. He was there for about 35 minutes, and I couldn't be happier about Corey and his work and his attitude to get things working properly. I strongly recommend him to anyone, and will call him when that spring snaps! Thank you.
