I can’t say enough about them. I needed a new breaker box and they came out to evaluate and the price for replacing saved me a bunch of money compared to other companies. I had an appointment for 2 weeks out but they had cancellation so they were able to do the work much earlier. Breaker for oven was out so I couldn’t cook. So I was really glad when they come earlier. The guys were efficient and professional. They were polite and got the work done in a day. I’m SO happy.

think twice before hire them they want to do is make extra money on project you do not need to do.

The Potts team was really exceptional. They did my small job very quickly and professionally. While on-site they bid out a follow up project for much less than I’d previously been quoted elsewhere. And I was shocked by how quickly they were able to schedule me! Excellent experience with Nick and Josh. I’ve since had that other work done, Nick was back and did another fantastic job! So excited to finally have an EV charger at home!

Cody and team went above and beyond in getting my project done. We did have some issues with the utility company and his team took them on to get our power back on after upgrading the service panel, meter box and weather head. Courtney showed great composure when dealing with a very ornery inspector. Also his workmanship was by far 5 star quality. Now they are not the cheapest, but do you really want cheap work. If so you wouldn't be looking on here for someone to do your project. But I will say they have the best quality of work, and best warranty around. I will definitely would recommend Potts electric and will be using them again.
