 + -1 moreI did not like the fact that they did not tell me they were working on my pool. I just happened to look out the window and saw them. I went to see what they were doing. They did not find a leak but the problem still exist. Then they wanted to perform other services like replace my pool lining and fix the plumbing at a cost over $3200.00
Description of Work: Looked for Leaks in my pool.

 + -1 moreThey do the service and bill me after. I have had them for years and they do a very good job taking care of it completely. I don't have to worry about the chemicals or it being dirty. If something is bad they will come out to shock it and get the algae out. They have had the same employee for a long time so he is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.
Description of Work: Perfect Pool is my pool company and most recently opened my pool.

 + -1 moreI've used them for many, many years but I discontinued this year because their rates are very expensive. They are very good. They are prompt and if I call about a problem they are very good about coming out. I got a couple of bids for some pool renovation and their bid was over $20,000 and the other people were $13,000 which I thought was ridiculous. They are excellent but I think they are too high. It wasn't cheap for the work they just did.
Description of Work: I used Perfect Pool to replace some interior elements on my pool filter.

 + -1 moreI pay them on a monthly basis. I have been using their services for the last fifteen years, I used their services before they switched names. I like that they a dependable and they work with you on providing services on the day that you want, along with opening and closing of the pool for the season. They do excellent job.
Description of Work: They come out once a week and do regular maintenance on my pool for me.
