The job went very well. The price was fair. The weather interfered with the scheduling, understandably, but Omni carried out the work as soon as the weather allowed. The tree, which was very close to my house, was removed safely and completely. Two tree stumps were ground out and covered. Omni called me to ask if I was satisfied before sending the bill--I liked that. I will definitely use this service again.

I called 3 reputable tree companies to provide an estimate on tree trimming. Omni provided the lowest quote, so I agreed to have them do the work. Trees were trimmed well and as expected. All debris was cleaned up and removed when the trimming was completed. My only complaint (not much of one) would be that it took 4 weeks from when I accepted the proposal until the work was able to be completed. I would have liked to have had it completed sooner, but I fully understand that they are very busy since they do great work for a fair price.

Omni has separate crews for tree and stump work. The tree work was done while I was at work. The stump work was done while I was home. I am pleased with the work they performed. The tree in our front yard looks great! After grinding the stumps they cleaned up the work area and removed all the big chunks of wood. They were the first to quote (out of 3 vendors) and by far the best value. I highly recommend Omni Tree Service.

They did a great job. They found a beehive in one of the trees and wanted to kill them. But I wanted them to save them. They are waiting for the hive to go dormant so they can save it and take the rest of the debris away. Their bid was fair.

Omni Tree Service provided excellent service. I submitted a msg on Angie's list around 7:30am the morning after the branch collapsed and by 8:30am I had already received a call from Omni and they sent Dennis out to look at the damage immediately. I was not home when they arrived and Dennis called me while in the yard to quote me the removal of the branch and explain what happened and why. He also suggested I call my insurance company to help with the cost. Within the hour a crew was at the house who removed the branch and cleaned up the area all before I returned home from work for the day. I will absolutely use Omni again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of Tree Service.

Received an estimate from Tom that was not the lowest but pretty close to the other 3 estimates I received. I chose Omni over the others because of Angies reviews and the professionalism of their representative. The crew showed up on time for their appointment, worked fast and cleaned up the mess. No complaints!

This has been by far, the best working experience I've had with all yard stuff I've had to do over all these years. Why?? because Kim runs the show and runs it well. Price was right, always on time and the guys did their job perfectly. It was like they were never here. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their tree removed. It was a real pleasure to work with all of them.

It was a great experience. I requested quotes from three businesses listed on Angie's List. All three contacted me right away. Omni was the only one who scheduled the appointment at a time when I could be present, even though it was a Saturday morning. Company B said I didn't need to be there and ended up making two visits because the appraiser didn't get my list of items I wanted looked at until after he'd already been out once. Company C said "the guy" who worked my area was on vacation and would call me the following Monday. I'm still waiting. Actually, I'm not. Dennis from Omni walked my yard with me as I pointed out a rather long list of concerns. He reassured me that all but three (the ones I considered highest priority, although he didn't know that) were unnecessary. He quoted me $300 to trim three trees and haul away the brush. The final price was $280 after the Angie's List discount. I wasn't home when the work was done but they arrived right on schedule and did everything to my satisfaction. It looked like a whole new backyard! The company followed up with a courtesy call, and the billing went without any surprises. Company B, who came out when I wasn't home, gave me a quote for every item on my list, even those that Omni told me were an unnecessary expense. Their final quote was around $1900! The quote for the three items Omni did for $300 came to around $750 with Company B. I received the final quote by email with no follow up. That was fine with me because Omni had already completed the work by the time Company B sent their quote. I'll definitely use Omni again. I believe Dennis demonstrated the company's integrity by shortening my long list down to the three most vital items.

Tom came out and gave me an estimate which was next to the lowest of the 4 bids I received. I chose Omni because of their reviews on AL. Their office called to set up a time, the crew came out, cut down the tree, mulched the branches and trunk, and cleaned up the mess. The whole thing was accomplished in approximately 2.5 hours.

Went well, very professional and efficient crew, ontime and would definately hire again if needed. Will not hesistate to recommend to anyone. They followed up on the service provided and took care of anything expected after the primary service.

This is my 3rd tree service I have used and Omni is superior to all-II will use them for all my tree trimming/removal. My neighbor also used the same day-they are excellent,use the best equipment and did what no other tree company would not do-highly professional,punctual,safe and a great price. As far as I'm concerned,there is no other tree company in St Louis that does as good of work. A+++++

Omni Tree Service sent out an estimator and then the office scheduled an appointment. The crew was on time and walked through the service they would perform. They were professional and courteous. I had concerns regarding my new roof and possible damage from a tree limb and they followed up with an appointment to look over roof and allay any concerns. I would use their services again and highly recommend.

I was very honest with Omni when I called them and told them I was on a budget to get trees taken down and it was going to be an open bid. The trees were a want not a need to be taken down. Omni came in and knocked the quote out of the park! 3 neighbors have now used them and I will certainly be back. I could not be happier with the results !!!! A +++++

The work went very well. The only problem was the original scheduling of the work. I was not informed that the work would be delayed one to two after I initially signed the contract .

Provided bid. Appointment scheduled. Came shortly after 8 am. First tree came down & cleaned area within one hour. Work continued - completed shortly after 1:00. Company called to verify satisfaction. Team of three verified what & how much was to be done.

The office staff was very courteous and called to set up an appointment before the work was to begin. Their workers were very professional, safe and fast. They did a great job in protecting our deck from any damage due to falling limbs. They cleaned up extremely well and left the yard looking great. For the work performed their price for the work was more that reasonable. My neighbor used them on the same day and was equally satisfied.

Omni was very professional. Had wonderful communication and were fast. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I received a response to my email very quickly and someone came out within a few days. The work was scheduled for the next week. They came out with a chain saw to cut down the bamboo and then used a stump grinder to remove the root system and then small loader to remove the debris. They also ground up a small tree stump in the front yard. The guys cleaned up everything and raked up all leaves and loose shavings and then leveled out the ground. They loaded up and hauled away all debris. They even used a leaf blower to clean up the area. I am very pleased with everything they did.

A 3 man crew arrived within an hour of the call from the office. They started as soon as they arrived. They are very efficient and professional. The clean up was fantastic. I would highly recommend Omni Tree service.

They were very prompt in getting someone out to give me an estimate. After I decided to go with them to perform the work, they set up an appointment within a couple of weeks. They did a good job of keeping on top of things, and called me right away when bad weather caused us to have to reschedule. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and would definitely use them again.

Pleased with their work and I will use them again. Quote was received same day as my request. Office staff was excellent on responding to a couple of my requests. The actual service was performed within their stated timeframe. The workers did an excellent job on the trimming including servicing some very hard to reach limbs that they could just as easily ignored. They asked me to come out for opinion on a couple specifics which I appreciated. Overall a great job done. The cost was 60% higher than another quote. But this particular job was hard to compare costs as it involved a lot of deadwood trim on a huge tree and somewhat subjective as to the extent of trimming. Omni did a through job on this front and I'm happy.
