Omni Tree Service Inc

Our neighbor hired Omni to trim four branches from a tree. In an effort to get their chipper as close to the job site as possible, they backed their truck through a 3 or 4 year old tree in front of our house, breaking off two branches completely and leaving a snapped third one up in the tree. I called their office to complain. A sympathetic receptionist assured me the owner would call back. He never bothered.

Omni Tree Service removed a very big Oak tree in my front yard, a very big Pine tree in my back yard, and removed a branch that was hanging over my roof from an Ash tree in my front yard. As requested, they came back and ground the stump from the Oak tree and backfilled with the grindings. All of the work was done very timely and in an extremely professional manner. Everyone at Omni Tree Service was a pleasure to work with. If all companies could be run as efficiently and as customer oriented as Omni Tree Service is, I would be a very happy person. I couldn't be happier with the services that they provided to me.

At one point, I liked them and I believe this review to be fair (A for quality, F for price, etc.). Have done business with them over the years. BUT... my daughter had a tree fall on Christmas day and they decided to charge her $3,600 to remove a single tree (full disclosure it was leaning against a house)! While they did answer on Christmas day and did the work the day after Christmas, they were just price gouging someone who needed them. Their original estimate for this work was $1,225 (several months before it fell). You would think for $3,600 they would at least remove all of the tree, right? Nope. They did not and would not include the stump. With the previous business I did with them I was shocked to say the least. NEVER AGAIN. They lost a customer and I hope others read this and decide to find someone else too.

They arrived on schedule, completed the work quickly and cleaned up the debris.

Omni Tree performed the work on the day scheduled. They did it fast and they did it well. They cleaned up after themselves. We are happy with the work performed and have no complaints. My wife did have a few concerns, so the supervisor arrived very quickly and eased our concerns with a bit of education. We will definitely use Omni Tree Service in the future.

Great. The guys showed up on time and asked me to walk through the job with them. When the work was complete, they rang the door bell and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and the yard looked great!

.They came out and trimmed, thinned out, and elevated many trees. They also removed two dead trees. The gentlemen who came out where very helpful and nice. They took their time and made sure everything was done correctly. I used Omni Tree service at my last house and now for my new home. I will continue to use them in the future.

Showed up on time and did the job very quickly and effeciently. All debri was hauled away and clean up was complete. Excellent performance and the price was very fair. I would hire them again.

Highly Recommended. The estimate was quick and accurate. They explained the procedure, for example the stump grinding occurs about a week or so after the trees come down. etc. The crew came ahead of schedule because they had a cancellation and the yard was cleaned up well after the job. Got the bill, all was correct. Easy to work with.

I recently purchased a home with 1.5 acres of woods and need several large dead trees removed. Based on Angie's List ratings, I contacted Omni Tree Service multiple times and was unable to secure an appointment to even get a bid on their service. I understand if they are too busy, understaffed, or something but would have preferred to be told that rather than make myself available for an appointment that was canceled 90 minutes beforehand and then the next one no-showed.

Omni's initial estimate was quick - they did not require an appointment, but rather sent the bid via email after their initial look. However, my email sent June 30 with a question about the bid was not replied to within two weeks. On July 14, I called to speak to someone about the quote. At that time, my question was answered and I was ready to schedule the work. I sent an email to Omni on July 14 emphasizing my interest in being put on the schedule. However, as of July 22, I have not heard anything further about when the work might be done. We will proceed with another service who is able to respond to our requests in a timely fashion. We were surprised by the delays in their communication with us, given the number of positive reviews they have on Angie's List.

Arrived on time, walked the yard to understand what needed to be trimmed and removed. Clean up was great, stump was ground down a few days later. Great price for all the work we requested, great professionals- very knowledgeable.

The project went well. Their price is good when compared to other providers. So I hired them on the same day. They came on the scheduled day and time and removed the tree. And I scheduled another day and time for removing the stump. Only complaint is while removing the tree a branch damaged a couple of spots on my lawn (with some dents). I was told the stump removal team will reseed but they did not carry any seeds.

The crew rang the doorbell when they arrived and proceeded to work quickly and in an organized manner. They cleaned up the yard areas and were polite through out the work.

We were really impressed. The trees look fantastic and the service was immaculate. Every branch was picked up - even some that we had sitting by the side of the house that my husband had trimmed off other trees. We're very pleased!

Service was wonderful. They were able to come by and give me a quote 3 days after I called (may have been able to come by earlier but I wanted to be home during it). I had a total of 3 different bids, Omni's was the lowest and my experience with the man who gave the quote was the best. They came out within a week and performed the work. It only took a couple hours and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Overall they did a great job and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I needed to remove four trees that were a danger to the house. Omni was easy to deal with and had the lowest bid of the three companies that we contacted. I wanted to find out if it would be cheaper to remove only the parts of the trees that were above the power lines so that my family and I could remove the rest ourselves at a lower price. As it turned out, it was only $500 extra to remove the whole trees and their stumps, so we just let Omni do everything. One of the trees had grown around the power line to our house, so our local electric company had to cut the power to our house while Omni removed the tree. Omni took care of dealing with the electric company, so we didn't have to worry about that. We were warned ahead of time that their stump grinding team was running behind schedule due to soggy soil on account of all the rain that we'd been having. This didn't bother me, as I wasn't worried about getting the stumps done immediately. From the time that they cut down the trees to the time they ground the stumps, my family and I had removed a fifth tree, so when Omni showed up to grind the four original stumps, they went ahead and ground the fifth as well at no charge. We weren't even home when this occurred. In the end, because of the time it took to get the stump grinders out, they discounted our bill, even though they ground an extra stump and we'd been forewarned and were okay with the delays.

Came out promptly to assess and were punctual to arrive. They had me review their work prior to leaving to make sure I was satisfied. Really appreciated that. Would definitely use and recommend in the future

Quoted on Friday, made decision on Monday and trees gone on Thursday. It involved using a crane in a very restricted space. They were punctual, customer friendly and professional. Good, clean and quick job made to look simple.

Dennis provided an evaluation ( $150) and a quote on Friday. I called on Monday to say go ahead, arrived on time, on schedule on Thursday, 3 very large trees and two dead tops removed from a very challenging location using a crane. Great job, very professional and friendly. All done in less than a week. Great

We asked this provider to come to see trees twice before we signed the contract. We asked many questions including other options - any conservative way to save trees, etc. We got satisfactory responses to our questions and concerns. This provider gave us the best price compared with other two companies - both of them are Angie's list members. The provider called us not only the day before the work was performed, but also several days after the work and asked us if we were satisfied with the work. We think the provider was very professional from the beginning to the end.

I would HIGHLY recommend Omni Tree Service to anyone. I received several bids, and Richard was in the ballpark. But I had a couple of bids that were lower. Two other neighbors used Omni last fall and raved about the results. So I asked if Omni would match my two lower bids, and they agreed. The team that came out were very professional and VERY careful. They were fast and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Omni Tree certainly deserves their top ranking on Angie's List.

I was very satisfied and plan to use them again. They provided great service.
