Omni Tree Service Inc

Thanks to Angie's List, I got estimates from 5 tree services to perform the work. Omni was the best fit for the whole job...prompt on coming out for estimate (not the cheapest, but explained the best); setting up agreeable time to do work with me to observe; and completing the stump removal at the best time of year for all the growth around the stump. A pleasant experience from the nice lady on the phone to the owner. I have recommended Omni to others with similar reports of good service. This was my first experience with using Angie's list to find the best fit for this job and what I expect from a company.

This is the second time we've used Omni to remove a tree from our yard. They arrived when we expected them, did the work very quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.

The Omni crew members were prompt and professional. My husband and I marveled at how well they worked as a team and how efficiently they trimmed, removed, and mulched all the waste. We will definitely call on Omni as future needs arise.

They were excellent from start to finish. They scheduled me in advanced and showed up exactly when I needed them. Their office staff and crew were all outstanding. They were very careful in my yard and my neighbors. Their clean up was great.

We have been using Omni for 3 years now and would never hesitate to have them do ANY landscaping services for us. They are professionals in their field and do exactly what they promise.

I got a recommendation from my gardener. They were very easy to work with as well. I had them come back to do some pruning on my ornamental trees. It was a crew of four, and they worked for four hours. They gave me a date when they said they would be here, and they called right before and said they were coming.

I had a very good experience with them. Their price was good and they also offered the fertilization. They scheduled an appointment very quickly after I called them. I will grade them high on all categories.

The company was very professional. Also they were very careful, which was one of my biggest concerns. They arrived on time and came when they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate at all to call them again.

They were very professional and the price was much better than other estimates we received. They did everything we asked and cleaned up well. A great experience, overall!

Arranged to have estimate approx. one week before work. Mr. Reid was very professional and came when scheduled. Estimate under what I figured it would be due to size of trees. Husband even called to make sure services were what we thought. He was reassured about services by Mr. Reid. Arranged to work a half day on that Friday of service to be in home in case there were any questions. Workmen were already hard at work when I got home. Job was neat both on trees and cleanup. If I could give an A+ if I could. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family. Wow.

I called on Monday and left a message. On Tuesday, Sue called and asked me to describe the problem and said she would pass it on to the arborist and they would get back to me. Today is Friday. It will be interesting to see if I ever get a call back, but even if I did, it's already too long. If there is some reason they can't or won't bid the job, they should at least call and tell me. Unprofessional.

They are a good company to work with. Mike is really good about taking care of things for us. The employees really know their work.

The arborist had talked to me for a while and had asked me how long I had been living in my place. Even though there were some construction damages he was sure he could save the tree, which was the complete opposite of what I was getting from my regular arborist. He had said the dead wood should be trimmed out of the tree when I had asked for treatment suggestions. He also said that there was a new product in the market for arbors to treat specifically construction site trees that had been damaged. He had sent me a detailed analysis and said he would also research and call me back with the information. He had said at that time he would make a quote to the application because the application was based on the size of the tree. He had told me that we?d take it from there, and I agreed. He later gave me a quote for the clean-up of the ends of the braches that had died off because of the construction. I will have him do that when the weather cools down a little bit. I was very satisfied with his service.

Overall everything went well. They cut the dead limbs off, cleaned everything up, and went on thier way. It was a bit difficult since some of the dead limbs hung over our deck, so they had to use ropes to lower the cut branches.

Awesome, awesome experience! My only regret is not having hired them sooner. The company owner came out and evaluated the property and the work that had to be done. He was very knowledgeable and quickly provided a written estimate. The estimate was fair and the job was agreed on that day. Within a week, a crew of four tackled the job which was no small feat -- a huge dead elm in a difficult to access backyard along with the clearing away of brush in order to enlarge the backyard. During their work, I asked them to clear even more brush away and was given another estimate, to which I agreed to. Prior to leaving, they actually decreased the estimate for the additional work after performing it! Maybe they felt that extra job was easier than expected, or didn't take that long, or whatever. But how often does that happen? I think it shows integrity. The whole job took 7 hours. When they left, there was absolutely no evidence whatsoever that anyone had been there. No debris. No branches. No dirt or dust. No mulch. No trackmarks on lawn. No nothing. Even the neighbors were surprised at the professionalism of the crew and the thoroughness of the job. And when they were done, they had me walk through the backyard to make sure I was happy. If only other companies had Omni Tree's level of service and integrity, home ownership would be more fun.

I found them on Angie's list. They were incredibly professional. I had four other estimates from other companies and this company had the lowest estimate. I choose them because of their professionalism. Their equipment was amazing. They had a big crane to lift the trees right onto their truck. I would definitely use them again.

I called a couple of companies after reviewing Angie's List and both came out the next day and delivered estimates. Omni's was comparable in price but the written estimate was detailed and professional. I faxed my acceptance to them on Friday and on Monday they came & took the tree out in about an hour's time. They contract with someone else to do the stump grinding and that was done on Tuesday. By Thursday my invoice arrived in the mail. I was astounded at the responsiveness and the speed with which they operated! I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will most likely use them again for other tree work in our yard.

We requested someone to evaluate our trees and advise which needed to be trimmed and by how much. Tom the arborist came out promptly, gave us advise and a quote to do the work. We agreed to have it done. Within a week, two of the staff came and performed the work in a very efficient and timely manner. We could not be more pleased and are planning to have them do some planting for us in the Spring. My only issue was that they were to call and let us know when they were coming. They arrived unannounced. Fortunately we were home when they arrived.

This company removed the dead limbs from two trees and cut down one tree in the front yard and another tree in the backyard. They came as scheduled. The work is not yet completed. The remaining stump in the backyard needs to be ground.

They did a great job, came out and removed them very quickly. And within a week or two the grounders came out and ground the stump. They did not removed the grindings (kind of like mulch) from the stump because it would have been more to remove them. They did an excellent job, and it was a reasonable estimate for the amount of work that they did.

The pricing was very competitive, and they did the work exactly as I asked. It took a few tries to set up a mutual agreed upon appointment time. Once we did agree, they were prompt.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and Tom Reid came out the next day. I received the estimate on the spot, thought the price was very fair, and accepted the contract that day. When asked when the work would be done, I was told that it would be sometime during the next week. I asked if a deposit was needed, Mr. Reid said no, I would be invoiced after the job was done. I also asked if I needed to be home when the crew came and he explained that it was not necessary. They came the next week, with some BIG equipment. I got home after they started, but was present for the last half of their work. It was very interesting seeing the crew work. They were fast and efficient. They completely cleaned up the yard and the street when they were finished. The next work day, the stumps were ground out and all the debris from that operation was carted off. I will definitely use them again!

The men were very professional and did their work carefully and we appreciate their service.

After we called around for bids, they took a couple weeks to come out and do the work but that was because we were late calling them back. They were very professional and took everything away. We were happy with the work that they did for us.

For approximately 10 years they have been taking care of the trees in my yard. They are very professional and always respond very quickly to our call. I think that the prices that they charge are very fair. They always clean up the yard wonderfully. They are a top quality company!
