MSM Design & Cabinetry

Michael was very personable and had some good ideas. We liked his personality very much but his punctuality is a bit lacking. We met the first time over the winter and drew up some plans. I estimate that was February. When we left, he said he would make the last few changes and provide some kitchen cabinet pricing within one week. I estimate it took about 3-4 weeks to receive. We looked over the plans and wanted to make a few changes and discuss a few more things. We met again maybe 2 months after the first meeting. I estimate that was early May. Again, we had a good session and made a few changes. He said he should have the plans and cabinet costs within a week. We are still waiting for those plans/costs. I've emailed and called several times. Michael draws up these plans for 'free' and hopes to make it up by purchasing his cabinets. So we aren't out any money but it is a bit frustrating to wait so long. We weren't in a big hurry but when you say you are going to deliver something by a date, I think you should hold to that timeframe.
