Description of Work: Came for an estimate, and asked areas of concern. Only one area was an issue and he cleaned it immediately --in the pouring rain! This was on a very high portion of our home.

deck cleaning
+ -1 morehim for any outside house clraning job. A large pine tree always leaves needles in our gutters on a second story house and with recent heavy rains, ours became clogged. I called Karl in the morning and by noon, our gutters were clean just in time for more heavy rain. He called me back with the job cost estimate and arrival time. It was completed as promised at a very reasonable price and he called me back when the job was finished. I definitely recommend KHS for any outside cleaning job.
