In August, we contracted with Warner to repair and stain our deck. Warner completed the deck repair after two visits. Yet, we asked the Company to re-stain the deck due to their unsatisfactory completion of the job. We took pictures of their effort, and we shared the photos with the Company. Warner’s Company used a different stain on our deck during their second visit. We took pictures of their work, and a Company representative took pictures. We asked them to correct this poor job by re-staining the deck with the same texture. Company representatives and we agreed their staff did a poor job on the return visit. Since September, We have been waiting for the Company to bring their work up to our standards. Several weeks ago, The CEO of the Company called us that they were coming on a specific day to complete the job. The Company did not show up, and we still have a mix-match deck.
