While the amount of the estimate was a little better than the others that I had received. What really helped me out was the optional financing. Also, the main installer, Bob, was very helpful and answered all of my questions and pointed out some things I have found to be helpful.

they did a good job, the price was good. They were quick and cleaned up the job site well. I was not as impressed with the external finish.

The crew showed up during the alloted time, however had to run to Lowes to get supplys. Once the work started they worked fast, there was some confusion regarding the drywall finishing. The sale rep told me that the drywall would be be finishedwhen the job was complete however the installer did not know that which caused a few phone calls. At the end of the day the windows were install the dry wall still needs to be finished. I was told that I would be contacted by the guy who dose the finishing work. The installers cleaned up after them selves and were very friendly.

They scheduled a date and time and kept to that schedule. The did all the work agreed to and some additional work at no cost. They came to our house in the morning and had replaced 13 windows and removed the 0ld windows. by 1500 hrs. they left our house spotless. They responded to our punch list in one day and replaced one window in 48 hours after we discovered it was leaking. They were friendly and courteous to a fault and worked with our dogs in the house without problems. We intend to use them again for more window replacement. We have had no problems with their work and we re-designed all the windows from a picture window to vertical butterfly windows as part of our replacement. We have had nothing but positive feedback from neighbors and friends who comment that it looks like a different, more contemporary, house.

I have nothing but good things to say about Window World. I saw their distintive Elvis commercial during one of the morning news programs and called them. I moved into my house in March 2012 and knew I had to get all the original windows replaced. They had the chain mechanism along the sides that let a winter breeze blow directly into the house. A sales rep came to the house and explained their product and their process. He did not attempt to sell me the higher priced options, and even discouraged me from ordering a bow window. I wish all businesses had their order form. It clearly listed a price for each item and option, and the customer can figure out how much each scenario would cost. That makes it very easy to add or delete options to get to a price you're comfortable with. The installers arrived right on time and set to work. They repeated the measurements before starting. They replaced ten windows very systematically. They taped plastic sheeting around each one so dust and dirt wouldn't get into the house, then removed and replaced one window at a time. The windows and trim were beautiful, and they cleaned up everything on the outside of the house. There really wasn't anything to clean up inside. I still get complements on the windows from visitors and my neighbors. I have recommended the company to anyone interested in new windows. They also replace doors, and I will probably contact them about my front door. I can definitely tell a difference in my electric bill. I have no complaints.

They came out in the morning about 8 A.M. There were 2 men. Very courteous. They ont only installed all 8 windows, they cleaned up every speck of anything. They vacumed in my house even! There was not so much as one screw left on the ground. And I love my windows. Would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great - salesman was straightforward and fast - installation crew was great!

I do not know if this practice is standard for window companies. So, my review is more of a "heads up" as opposed to a complaint. As part of a storm-related insurance claim, I called WW about replacing 2 windows and 10 screens. The woman I spoke to was very courteous and professional. But, she informed me that WW will not replace screens without also replacing the window. I thought this was odd. As it turns out, I have decided to replace all of the windows along with the screens (the rear elevation will not match unless I do so). But, I will not call WW again due to what seems to me to be minimal service options.

They were really good. They came out t give me an estimate. They were a lot less priced than any other estimates that I used. They had the job done in a couple of days at the most. I had an issue that they forgot to order a window. They came out and did that pretty well typically as well. They did an overall really good job. I have a big house with a lot of windows.

Window World did an excellent job! Very quick estimating process, lowest price of 6 vendors with high-quality product, quick, quiet, clean and painless installation in one afternoon with disposal of all trash and old windows. I would definitely use Window World again and highly recommend them.

They gave us a good price as opposed to some other local retailers like Lowe's or Home Depot. Their punctuality was good. Their sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We had someone come out last Friday. Tomorrow, they're coming out to take more accurate measurements. I believe that they were thinking it would be 4 - 5 weeks before they build to start the job. With only having met the salesman last Friday, he was very nice. He is easy to deal with.

i had these windows installed 2 1/2 years ago - they still look and perform great! the product has been very reliable and have had no problems with them since installed. the crew did all 15 windows and wrap in 1 day. i was very impressed that they were able to complete the job - but it was important as the temperature was in the teens that day - too cold to leave open holes in the walls! i would call this company again if i ever needed windows.

They were fine. They were a little more manipulative in their presentation. They tried to play me a little bit. Their bid was about right; it was just a little higher than the others. They were a little more expensive.

The workers were prompt and professional. Everything went to plan. I was surprised they were able to get it done in one day.

The sales person was polite and accommodating. He responded to my calls quickly. My questions were answered and the installation was as promised. The installers were prompt and completed the installation quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. My new windows are beautiful. The service was outstanding.

Window World did an excellant job from start to finish. Their estimator was very helpful and went over the work and cost. No surprises. The workers who put in the windows and door were great to deal with. This was actually the second time I have used Window World. They are very professional and take an interest in satisfying their customer.

Overall it went wonderfully. I basically went with them because of their cost. There was another company that was the second lowest, but this company was prompt and on time. They were very similar to a lot of other window companies out there and nothing really stuck out.

Overall, not too bad, however, there were a few little things rather than one big issue that kind of left us with a less than "warm and fuzzy" feeling. The installers arrived within the specified time window-so far so good. About midway through the day a supervisor arrived (not the salesperson/project manager who assured me during his sales presentation that he would be there throughout). When I passed him in the driveway and casually said 'how's it going?' he replied "not so good". He went on to infer but not clearly state something was wrong with the job. I later found out from the lead installer that no one had told them that they would need an extra long ladder and they could not have one delivered to the site. He went on to say that they would be unable to complete the job in one day as planned but could return on Saturday because they were booked. Really? Guess my money became irrelevant since I was 'in progress'. I placed a call to my salesman/project manager and left a voicemail. In all fairness, he did return my call within 90 minutes and agreed to send the team out by 10 the following morning. On a subsequent conversation with my wife, tensions seemed to run a little higher due to a conflict in agreed upon time for the return. Among a few of the other 'little things', they needed to 'borrow' a bottle of Windex because theirs broke. Fair enough, but isn't that something that one would think is their responsibility? And then, the windows I thought had been cleaned post installation, were far from clean. From previous experience with another window company about 15 years ago in another house, I know that cleaning is considered part of the installation process. That particular company utilized a 'helper' whose sole responsibility was cleaning debris and window glass. In this case with Window World, I found adhesive spots on many of the windows that took a considerable amount of rubbing on my part to remove. Finally, when I asked about 'why there was not a screen at the top?' since the windows open at top and bottom, I was told to "just call the company and they'll probably give them to you". Really? 25 windows and they're going to just give them to me? And why was it my responsibility? (After they left, I reviewed the contract again and found that "full screens" are an option at an additional charge-not presented initially) Live and learn. The sad part about this entire ordeal is that this company came to me based on the recommendation of two friends who had been quite happy with their work. Additionally, they are a highly respected company, so was it just my luck or was it because the work was done on a Monday? Perhaps my expectations were simply too high-kind of like going to see a highly acclaimed movie and not enjoying it nearly as much as everyone else. In this case my expectations were simple: a great price, product and customer service. I feel kind of let down on the customer service aspect.

They were pretty professional. I had the salesman at the house a couple of times. They came and installed it in one day. It was a pretty good experience. I had issues with some of the windows that won't lock. But when I called them, they were out within a week.

We have 24 large windows in our house, most of them in bad shape and all the screens were missing. Anderson quoted us upwards of $25,000 for replacement. We heard good and bad from window world but we had to take a shot. The sales guy who came over had great ideas, options and suggestions. The most valuable one was to do the windows one room at a time. We didn't have $10,000 on hand; spacing it out had not occurred to us! Over the course of 2 years, we got all the work done. Service wasn't above and beyond, just average and we think we picked middle/upper grade windows that have not had a single issue (we have not had to use their warranty but I remember being surprised at how comprehensive it was). At the end of the day, they came through: affordable windows we install at our pace by people who show up on time and do the work. Nothing fancy. I don't need fancy, I need windows! For the first time, this spring, we could open EVERY window in our house and enjoy the spring breezes! We plan to have them back to replace 2 exterior doors in the next few months.

They had the best price from the estimates that we received. They were efficient and they paid attention to any concerns. After the siding work was done, they came out promptly to correct minor issues due to shifting. The price was vastly lower, their warranties were the same as other companies, and they did great work with the windows.

They are an excellent company. We still do business with them. They are topnotch all the way around. I have recommended them to so many people.

The product is good but we did have some problems. The door that they ordered (and had measured on 2 separate occasions) was the wrong size. In addition, 2 pairs of the shutters were the wrong size. They then had to order the correct size and we had to wait and schedule another date for them to be installed. We are happy with the product. The windows are very nice and work well. Once we had the right size for everything, it was all installed well.
