Description of Work: Had one of their sales guys come out and do an estimate for me on replacing gutters. Man seemed disinterested and walked around a bit took a few measurements and said he would get back to me in a day or two. He never called, sent and email or anything. I went with another provider who went far and above to give me a good product at a very fair price.

Description of Work: Installed 6 windows. There was initially a problem with their payment system which delayed the manufacture and install of my windows. There seemed to be a general lack of communication between salesman and the office personnel. After that initial snafu, the install went well, although one of my windows is a tad crooked. I have not called to have them look at it yet, but plan on it. The installers were very good.

Description of Work: on 8/25/2015,Clint Hoegemeier,came to my home to provide a written estimate for a patio door replacement. I needed to provide this to my homeowner's insurance because of a home burglary on 8/19/2015. On Saturday, 09/12/2015. I paid $649.50 down payment to order the door. Mr Hogemeier told me it would take 4 weeks for the order to be processed. I am pleased with the service from the sales Rep. Clint Hoegemeier. Description of Work: They replaced 15 windows when we moved into a new house. The representative that first came out was very personable and explained everything to us. The crew that fitted the windows were fine - we did have an issue with some damage under three of the windows but they came out and fixed the problem and it looks good now. We would use them again.

Description of Work: Wrapped and sided an entire house and replaced 7 windows. Replaced gutters and downspouts. Arrived and finished on time. No complaints about the quality of work and materials for the price paid.

Description of Work: Replaced almost every Window in my house (25-30). Went very well. I would use them again. Were by far the most cost effective. I shopped around. I am planning to call them to replace one of my entry doors.

Description of Work: Complete exterior renovation - siding, windows, gutters, soffit. They were a bit late on the day they intended to start, but once they got there everything exceeded my expectations. The window replacement crew finished replacing our 19 windows in less than a day, with no interior drywall damage! (I was quite surprised). The siding guys came next and spent the most time on the siding and soffit, and they did a fantastic job! They paid much attention to detail and put in the extra time to make everything look great. I didn't even see the gutter guys, they were there and gone before I got home from work, but they did a fantastic job as well. Overall, we got 5 different quotes, I couldn't believe that the lowest quote ended up being such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Window World to others.
