Everything went really well. They did a great job. They did all the work in a rental house that we have and we're trying to get everything up to code so that we can get it rented out. They were always on time, courteous, and clean. They were really good people to work with, and I would recommend them to others and also use them again in the future.

Overall, very pleased with the company. Sales person (Dennis) came to the house, showed options and demonstrated the difference between energy efficient glass and regular glass. The order took approximately 6 weeks, maybe a little less. Only issue is the exterior caulking job on two windows - kind-of-sloppy - the bead is not straight enough. However, we have decided to place another order and they are planning to fix the caulking job at that time. I am sure that we will be satisfied, if not, count on a re-post here. :-)

They were very efficient, on time and courteous. They cleaned up after the job. I had no problems. They had the best price for what I wanted.

In the first home it went fine but in the second home there were some issues with their finished carpentry. They were prompt to respond and get the issue corrected.

Danny, the window installer, showed up right on time, was courteous, fast, thorough, neat and all around perfect. He even changed his normal pattern of working to accommodate the fact that I had picked up a stomach virus the night before and did our bedroom last so I could stay in bed longer. The windows look great and will really help our heating bill.

We felt like we got very good service. The installation was fine. The employees that were sent out were very messy and smoked inside. We complained and did get a partial refund. By the time that they left, they did get everything cleaned up. The product was good and the main office was very easy to work with.

This company is wonderful starting with the salespeople and ending with the installation. The salesman explained the process to me thoroughly but was not at all pushy. I was quoted a standard 4 to 6 week interval. Three weeks later my windows had arrived and were installed the next day. It took the crew of 3 people 3 1/2 hours to tear out the old, install the new and clean up. (They cleaned as they went.) They hauled away all the old windows and door. I could not be more pleased with the project overall.

From the start, the company s representative was very professional. He walked me through every step of the process, and my windows arrived after only 2 weeks. The installers were very professional and got right to work. They worked on my windows from the time they drove up until the job was completed without stopping. I had only one problem and that was that they ordered the wrong series of window. When I brought it to their attention they worked very diligently to correct the problem. They offered me either twice the difference in the window cost or they would reorder my windows and return and also gave me a nice compensation for my trouble. I chose them later and when the team arrived back at my house it was the same team, which made me very happy to see, and they again worked very quickly and accurately to complete the job. They made a frustrating situation very tolerable. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

Sales person was courteous, price was right. Job was moved twice due to weather, but that was communicated clearly. Removal was quick. I had just patched all moisture damaged drywall in windows. One area was damaged in the removal. Windows were set too far in originally, not enough sill to hang typical 2" wood blinds using inside mount. I was able to catch this in time to correct the issue. Exterior finish quality was inconsistent. Width of aluminum wrap varied window to window. Exterior caulk was OK, but not excellent by any means. Interior caulking was poor - messy, smeared on window sills and windows, excessively large caulk seams, not smooth, and uneven width. One window sill appeared to have been bowed due to window installation (slants down to outside of house). In general I was reasonably satisfied with the exterior. The interior finishing should have been a simple task that was clearly botched. I asked for discount and received compensation quickly and without argument.

I thought they did a great job. It only took them two weeks to get the windows in. I will be using them again to install another six windows.

We enjoyed working with the sales rep who we met at a home show. The workers were pretty much on time and did a nice job. They seemed a little sloppy, but overall pretty good. Their price is fantastic if you don't mind getting windows that are a little less efficient (ours was a sunporch so efficiency was a major concern.

THE SURPRISING THING WAS THAT THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN 2 HOURS. THEIR SALESMAN, JASON, WAS EXCELLENT. ONE WINDOW WOULD NOT LOCK. THEY REPLACED IT AND LET ME KEEP THE OTHER ONE AS A SPARE JUST IN CASE. A SUPER EXPERIENCE.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY TIMELY WITH ESTIMATES, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND NEAT. THEY DID DELIVER THE WRONG BATHROOM WINDOW BUT IT WAS REPLACED WITHIN A FEW DAYS. TRACEY BLASE WAS THE SALESMAN, AND I WOULD CALL HIM FOR OUR NEXT HOUSE.

THE WINDOW INSTALLER GOT TO MY HOUSE AROUND 10 AM AND STAYED TILL 3 PM, INSTALLING 5 VINYL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS (4 FOR MY HOUSE AND 1 FOR MY GARAGE). THE WORK THAT HE PERFORMED AND THE WINDOWS THAT HE INSTALLED WEREN'T TO MY SATISFACTION, AND I TOLD HIM WHAT VALID CONCERNS THAT I HAD WITH HIS WORK, AND HE KEPT GIVING ME EXCUSES. AFTER HE LEFT, I CALLED AND LEFT WORD FOR THE COMPANY TO CALL ME MONDAY MORNING AT WORK. SO FAR, IT'S 11:35 A.M. AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE REGARDING THE MESSAGE THAT I HAD TO LEAVE ON THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE SATURDAY, BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED BY THE TIME THE JOB WAS FINISHED. ALSO, THE INSTALLER WAS EXPECTING ME TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE WINDOWS/INSTALLATION AT THE END OF HIS JOB, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT WAS LISTED ON THE CERTIFICATE THAT HE HAD ME SIGN, WHEN IN ACTUALITY, I HAD MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH WINDOW WORLD TO FINANCE THE WINDOWS WITH WELLS FARGO. I WANT THESE CONCERNS ADRESSED QUICKLY & FIXED ACURATELY & PROMPTLY OR I'M GETTING A LAWY
