Description of Work: I have used this company twice for replacement windows and doors in two separate houses. The first time was in 2009, and again in 2013. The representative/salesman showed up when scheduled, was professional and knowledgeable about their products, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed proposal for the work. Once I decided to hire them, they promptly ordered the windows and gave me an estimated time of when the installation could take place. The installers arrived when scheduled, were courteous, professional and tidy. All the old windows and doors were hauled away and the mess was cleaned up inside and out. I have been very happy with the quality of the windows and doors and with the company's performance. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I actually used Window World in Kansas City MO. They still owe me 2 screens, I had a problem with my blinds and they did fix the problem quickly. I had 7 windows that had something wrong with them, they responded quickly and fixed them, I still have one window that wont lock. I am upset because they still owe me 2 screens and several of the screens are very loose when the wind blows the screens move back and forth. The salesmen was pushy and wants nothing to do with you when after they make the sale. I wish I would have went to Champion Brands now, I believe their windows are just as good as Window World.

Description of Work: I bought 3 of their BEST windows that where 48"X 72" ( very large). This was such a pleasant experience for me because everything I worried about in my head they took care of. It was like we where on the same wave link. They sealed the window opening on the inside and took the old windows out from the outside so none of the old dust and glass came inside. They where so thorough with the installation and made sure every crack around the window had insulation put inside and then sealed them twice. These guys where so clean and the clean up at the end was spotless. I would recommend this company over and over. My son used them for new windows and recommend them to me but I said well lets see if they can pass my test since i'm so picky. Well I have not stopped giving these guys praise every since they where here. The windows are just beautiful.

Description of Work: We had 5 windows replaced. The installers that replaced the windows were polite but they didn't do a very good job of putting insulation around the windows when installing them. I called the salesman that took our order and he in turn called their supervisor. The supervisor Scott came out and talked to us, he promised to check the windows and repair the floor damage. He called by the end of the week and set an appointment to come out with a special crew. They showed up, he repaired the floor and his crew removed the caps and did the insulation work. They even had my husband come out to see the before and after of what they fixed telling him he did the right thing by call to complain. We will have the rest of the windows in our house replaced by, Window World we will ask for the installers that came back and completed the job. We are very happy with the end results.

Description of Work: Estimates only. Felt like they were overpriced and under-qualified. I got the impression they would install the windows reasonably well but the craftsmanship would be lacking, which made me think I would have problems within a few years.
