When shopping for hardwood flooring for our home our installer recommended ProSource for the purchase of the wood. We visited them the first time on a Saturday morning and were met at the door and pointed in the direction of the hardwood flooring. A female representative assisted us in learning about the different types of flooring and what would be the best type for the job we were having done. After much research and searching for the right price we decided to purchase it from ProSource. We returned a second time and made the purchase. They ordered it for us and it came in in about 1 week. We were very pleased with the purchase of hardwood flooring. We decided to return to them to shop for tile for the back splash of our remodeled kitchen. On a weekday afternoon, once again, when entering we were met by a female representative and directed to the the tile area. We explained to the rep somewhat of what we had in mind and she stated "oh, I don't think we carry that sort of thing" but you can look anyway. So she left us alone to look at everything they offered without giving us any idea of what was available or educate us somewhat about what they could do for us. She came back to us a few times to ask us how we were doing but it was very clear that she didn't care and was not at all interested in our business, she actually acted like she hated being there. At this point we had just started looking and had very little idea as to what we really wanted to do. Since this women continued to avoid us and was very rude when she did speak to us, we decided to leave and take our business to The Tile Store in Sunset Hills. They were very helpful and we did purchase the tile from them. I gave ProSource a ok rating, because we were happy with the purchase of hardwood flooring, but I can't recommend them for the purchase of back splash tile since we were treated so rudely by the female rep. They missed out on that sale because of the treatment we received from her.
