+ -1 moreI got a bid from Doug, who was responsive to all my questions and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy with several options and very flexible timeframe. I was told the crew would arrive, "as close to 7 as traffic would allow." 6:59am....truck pulls up. The crew was very polite, and professional. Plastic was put down to protect the floors, although it was not really needed. The hose was clean and did not leak dust or insulation into the house. They went about their work and were done in about an hour. Good price, good service. I heard of them through word of mouth from other customers/neighbors. I would, and will recommend them.

Description of Work: I feel quite swindled by this company. I contracted with them to install 5 rooms with carpet, one room with vinyl flooring, 3 rooms with hardwood floors & one room refinish the hardwood floor already there. The price was set at exactly $15,000 of which a sizable portion was for the hardwood flooring. The salesman, Joe D. was out to my house 3 TIMES PRIOR to the installation to evaluate the floors, take measurements, etc. When the installers came they discovered hardwood flooring under the existing carpet, this was refinished & the NEW hardwood was NOT installed. I expected to get back the cost of the hardwood minus the fee for the refinishing of the hardwood I already had, since it was the SALESMAN'S fault for not checking the floors properly - he is the professional. But what did I get? I got back $160 and was told it was not more BECAUSE OF RESTOCKING FEE. I complained to no avail. I feel so cheated, would never use them again.
