It went very well.
Description of Work: They boxed and moved my entire household. Because of medical complications, I couldn't be there, so the driver took it upon himself to make sure that everything was handled properly. The team that unloaded things was remarkably professional. They made sure that boxes landed in places that made sense and suggested alternatives when I was clearly overwhelmed by the process. I haven't yet unloaded all of the boxes, but, based on what I've seen, so far...this crew totally rocks.

I am glad you brought this to our attention and upon review of the file I did see some deviations from our standard operating procedures that may have been the cause of your frustration. I believe most people come to work wanting to do their best and when a member of our team appears slow in doing their job, it's usually because we haven't provided them the proper training or tools to execute properly. I believe in this case it is a combination of inexperience and lack of training that caused this performance. I do apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your relocation. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKING. THERE WAS ONE ITEM DAMAGED, AND I SENT IN A REQUEST FORM AND IT WAS HANDLED QUICKLY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.
