Description of Work: Dropped a dining room chest, broke knob on washer, scratched furniture. Give me money for washer, but never fixed furniture to my satisfaction even though I purched their insurance

Description of Work: Truck broke down, therefore, crew was late to arrive. Men threw items into house, scratching furniture, disregarded any attention to instructions regarding placement of boxes. Left carpeting at bottom of steps, necessitating climbing over carpets to get to other side of room. At end of day they were anxious to receive their tip; one crew member even came to me with his hand out. Had I been aware of their ineptness, the crew would never have received a tip. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received and told management of my displeasure
