carpet installation
 + -1 moreThey were hired by our general contractor. We went to their place of business twice to decide on color. We brought home some samples the first time. They were very good to work with. According to our foreman after watching the installation, "they really know what they are doing." We are very pleased with the result.
Description of Work: They installed dining room and living room carpet as part of a larger remodeling project.

 + -1 moreThe company works on an appointment only basis. They are very good about letting you take home samples of anything you are interested in, and have a good selection to choose from. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were working with the building sales representative, and the estimates were not especially returned quickly. However, they were very helpful in storing the extra rooms of carpet until we needed them and very agreeable to doing one room at a time. The men who installed the carpet were helpful, and for the most part careful.
Description of Work: Installed new carpet to the upstairs area of a 2 story home. The first 2 bedrooms were done as part of a major remodeling project, but we decided to re-carpet the other bedrooms, so all would match.

 + -1 moreJANEL, THE SALES/DEGREE DESIGNER, WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS TO DEAL WITH. SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND GREAT ABOUT LETTING ME TAKE SAMPLES HOME TO SHOW MY HUSBAND. THE HARDWOOD INSTALLATION WASN'T WHAT I EXPECTED. MANY KNICKS IN THE CORNERS, MANY BOARDS UNLEVEL, DAMAGE IN A COUPLE BOARDS, AND ONE SQUEAKY BOARD. THEY ARE COMING OUT IN A COUPLE WEEKS TO DO SOME REPAIRS. THE CARPET INSTALLATION APPEARED TO BE OKAY, BUT ONE OF THE SEAMS (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM) SEEMS MORE VISIBLE THAN NORMAL. DURACERAMIC AND VINYL INSTALLATIONS APPEAR TO BE FINE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HARDWOOD, CARPET, VINYL, AND DURACERAMIC THROUGHOUT NEW 3000 SQ. FT. HOME.
