Horrible - from start to finish. Delays delays delays! Once finally started, the cabinets were not finished and I was expected to simply pay the balance! Not only were the installers dirty and damaged many things, there was a huge communication barrier as they didn't speak much english. To date I have yet to have the cabinets finished (including handles, doors, trim, and more). The counter is not even level! The granite seems are in the worst places and extremely noticeable. You truly get what you pay for!

The old vanity had been removed and the wall area had been repaired and painted above the vanity area. The first vanity was installed and my walls were all scratched/scarred up on 4/10/14. They did not repair the walls. The vanity had two different colored sinks in it,( a white one and a cream one). In addition to this, it has a crack in it, and the edges were uneven/chipped. The sales person was notified and came over to inspect it. She called her manager and they discussed it and a new vanity was ordered. I had to wait two days for receipt of the new vanity top. The second vanity arrived on 4/12/14 and was installed only to find a crack in it and uneven/chipped edges. The crack was in the same area as the first vanity top. At this time, the regional manager was called. She came out the following Tuesday and she inspected it and agreed that it was chipped and damaged. At that time, the third vanity was ordered and she promised to inspect it prior to shipment. The third vanity arrived on 4/21/14 and was found acceptable after a scratch was buffed out. Communicating with the installers was difficult because they did not have command of the English language. This made the entire experience trying. I had another company, (Graniterra) install granite in my home several years ago. I had no problems whatsoever with the installation or product of that company. I decided to go with Cabinets and Granite Inc.(Fairview Heights, IL) because it was located close to my house and I wanted to give local companies business. A big mistake. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

On our visit to Cabinets and Granite, we explained that we are thinking about selling our home and wanted to update our kitchen. We visited the Earth City location and the girls there were so helpful and helped us out immensely. Measurements were taken that afternoon and they made suggestions to help keep our costs down. How often does that happen?? On installation day, the men were here at 9 a.m. sharp. They brought in floor coverings to keep my flooring as clean as possible and then brought in the cabinets. After installing the cabinets, they cleaned them out thoroughly. I have a huge kitchen window, and the windowsill made it impossible for the granite backsplash to fit properly. Another piece of granite was brought to the work site and cut to be my new windowsill and it looks beautiful. The men were meticulous in their work and tried very hard to keep everything clean. Before leaving, they did clean the cabinets and granite and gave us some advice about our new kitchen island. My floors were cleaned and they picked up everything outside where they were cutting. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen - it is beautiful! The quality of the cabinets and granite combined with the superb installation makes them an A++! I would not hesitate to use them again; as a matter of fact, I hope I get the opportunity to do so.

From the very first visit to their showroom all through the project to completion, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and skilled. Every major remodeling job has small issues that arise during the project, but even those were worked out efficiently and to our satisfaction. They stated that they would complete this job in one day ...tearing out our old kitchen and replace it with the new items! I didn't believe that this was possible, but they did it! The crew of 3 men arrived about 9:10 that morning and they left about 6:15 that evening...with the project completed! We had great new cabinets and the most beautiful granite counter tops I have ever seen. One note: they only work with the cabinets and granite...I had to move all of the appliances (the range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and remove the old faucets and disconnect the plumbing) and of course clean out the old cabinets. They also hauled all of the old kitchen items away. After the project was completed we saw a small spot on the granite that needed sealing and one of the cabinet doors had a small spot that felt like silicone caulking...not a big deal, but they came out and without hesitating, sealed the area on the granite and replaced the cabinet door with a new one!...all in one visit! I highly recommend Cabinets and Granite Inc.and everyone that we worked with at the Florissant location; Tiara, that suggested the cabinets and granite that we decided on (we picked something else out, but what she suggested was much better - thank you) and Aurdra that came to measure and designed our layout - we had to stay with the same "footprint" of cabinets, but she came up with an excellent design that not only looks better but is much more functional. The installation crew amazed me with their hard work and great skill to not only accomplish the 1 day promise, but also their attention to detail to make our kitchen look better than we ever imagined!

In a word Fantastic! They told us that they could do all of this work in 1 day, and I did not believe it was possible. They arrived the morning of the installation just after 9:00 am and in about one hour the old was already out! When they left about 6:15 pm the new cabinets and granite counter tops were installed!! They crew of 3 very hard working men did a beautiful job and are excellent craftsmen. One thing to note is that's all that they do...we had to remove all of the appliances, dishwasher and disconnect the plumbing and faucets, and of course remove all the the dishes & normal kitchen stuff. From our first visit to the showroom, the design, and to finished installation, they have been very professional and great to deal with. Tiara in the showroom listened to us and let us pick out the granite and cabinets that we liked, but then offered a suggestion with different ones based on what we told her. What she picked out was perfect for our kitchen and is so much more beautiful than we ever imagined...she has great taste. Ardra then came to our house to measure and put the design together. We had new flooring installed recently so we had to stay with the same footprint of space, but she gave us some great ideas on adding cabinets and changing the look and function. Again, we went with her suggestions and are very happy with the result! As with any remodeling project, things don't always to easy or perfect as planned, and the small issues that came up on our project were handled extremely professionally and they were always willing to make things right for us. We would highly recommend this organization!

It went very smoothly! From the beginning, everything was very easy. They let us take a large 12 x 12 square of granite as a sample so we could be 100% certain that is what we wanted to go with. Installers were punctual, well dress, clean cut and very professional!

I was recommended by my friend to use their services. They were excellent and installed the same. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
