Mac Wilson is the plumber you want to know. They have done both maintenance (main line clean outs) and repairs/replacement jobs for me and I have been thoroughly satisfied each time. Their employees are responsive, prompt, and professional. Their work is excellent. And they are very competitively priced. I recommend them to any friends or family who need plumbing service.

We are a GC and have used the Mac Wilson team for years on many commercial projects. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and flexible (as many things change of the fly in this industry). They are absolutely great to work with, we will continue to do business with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

Too expensive and took too long. When they took our my bathtub to put in a shower, they cut through my living room wall with a sawzall, and they put a big dent in the wall with a sledgehammer from the other side. The guy they subcontracted to do the tile work took a week off in the middle of the job. It took a month to get the job done.

We recently purchased a foreclosure which had an 18 YO electric water heater. I decided we should replace that sooner rather than later. There are several new options such as tankless and heat pump models. I have typically chosen gas water heaters in the past for efficiency and quick recovery. Since the house never had a gas water heater, I would have to go high efficiency in order to use PVC out the side of the house for supply and exhaust. Through all my research, I settled on a gas tankless. I put out bids on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List and one of those that reached out was Zack at Mac Wilson Plumbing. Zack sounded knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and his prices seemed fair. Zack recommended a Navien tankless which seemed like a good product, so we went forward. I had to have the gas company upgrade the gas meter and run an electric outlet to where the tankless would reside prior to installation. Zack had our new water heater installed just prior to our move in. He had to order a stand for the new water heater and had to make a couple trips to work everything out, but he did not complain. He routed the supply and exhaust PVC piping smartly. They also brought the plumbing up to code by adding an expansion tank and pressure regulator. They also replaced the leaking globe valves with newer ball valve. Furthermore, they put in quick disconnects for the existing water softener with shut off valves so I can easily replace it down the road. He also installed new ball valve for our new whole house steam humidifier that the HVAC company would not do. They were quick and efficient and did excellent work. They also went the extra mile and ran a PVC drain for my water softener and tied it into the HVAC drain. My plumbing now looks modern and clean. Lastly, Zack added a gas line for a gas dryer and gas cooktop at a later time as he is a busy guy and Covid messed with his staffing during our project. I felt his reasonable prices for the great work he did worth the wait. On a personal note, Zack had a key to our home so he could let himself in and I managed to lock us out of our home one night early on. I called Zack in desperation and he promptly came over and let us in, not expecting anything in return. That speaks volumes about who this man is. The Navien tankless water heater is excellent, and I highly recommend them if you are building a new home or upgrading your existing hot water tank. I can run multiple showers simultaneously, back to back, and never run out of hot water. I would highly recommend Zack and Mac Wilson Plumbing due to their excellent work and fair prices. Zack is proficient in his trade, honest, and a man of integrity which is hard to find in the residential building trades these days. I have my plumber and plan to use him for future projects and/or plumbing problems.

Zach from Mac Wilson plumbing came to my house to review estimates I had received from a couple of the "big" plumbing companies relating to my main sewer line. The "big" companies had claimed the entire sewer line was shot and needed to be replaced at costs ranging from $12K to $15K. Zach reviewed everything and told me my sewer line only needed regular maintenance and cleaning at a cost of a couple hundred dollars a year and the full replacement was not needed at all. He could easily have convinced me to spend several thousand on a replacement with him, but his honesty and integrity shone through. Mac Wilson just earned a customer for any plumbing needs I have in the future. Fantastic.

I'd been using the same firm for almost twenty years, the owner retired, and I've been having problems finding a new plumber who could perform to that standard. I'll keep this short and simple: they responded to my call almost immediately. The owner came by and gave me an estimate for the first job, a second job, and a repipe with PEX (much bigger job than I wanted to have done right now.). The estimate was a stunner, a fraction of what I had been quoted even several years ago. I told him to go for it, and his people started in, again, within a couple of days. Now, here's the plot twist. There WAS an issue with the work, which the owner came back personally and took care of, completely to my satisfaction. HE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNPLAY IT, BLAME ME FOR THE PROBLEM, KEEP PUTTING ME OFF TILL I GOT TIRED OF CALLING, OR ATTEMPT TO CHARGE ME FOR ANY PART OF HIS RETURN TRIP. There is no doubt in my mind who I'm going to call in the future.

Mac Wilson is my new go-to plumbing connection, Their prices and service are excellent. They provided a prompt free evaluation and estimate, didn't try to intimidate us with scare tactics on the repair needed or sell us products or service we didn't need. When we called with an additional technical question we were immediately transferred to the owner who provided the answer immediately. The other estimates we received were all over the place and one of which was 4x the cost AND would've left us with damaged walls we would have had to repair at additional cost with someone else afterwards. We will definitely use Mac Wilson for our water tank replacement next year.

Zack McMahan, a plumber with Mac Wilson Plumbing, installed a French drain along a portion our west basement wall. Zack was willing to work with us to problem-solve and come up with unique solutions what worked for our property. He presented us with choices about what we could do, and reasonable prices for different services. Zack was polite, hard-working, conscientious, and dedicated to giving us the results we hoped for. We always felt we were in capable, honest hands, and will use this company again if the need arises.

Great! Chris was prompt and the job was easier than he expected so he even brought the price down. And best of all, our sink no longer gurgles when it drains. It's fantastic.

If you have any plumbing needs you won't go wrong with Mac Wilson Plumbing. We were in pretty bad shape with water in our basement. Our house didn't have a sump pump, and they came out on a Sunday to give us a free estimate. They scheduled the installation that same week, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism and diligence. They went over and above, and have earned our loyalty. Five stars isn't enough!

I was impressed with the professionalism and prompt service provided by Mac Wilson. They came out and replaced our old corroded cast iron piping for a fair and honest price. Highly recommend and very satisfied!
