Ken drew up plans for a new, bigger and better deck. He had to change the plans a couple of time because of the way to ground was or there was a problem with the house itself. If he wasn't happy with how it looked, he kept at it until it was perfect. If we didn't like how something was looking, it did not bother him at all to redo. He even took the time to explain and/or teach us why he was doing something. His helpers were fun to have around and worked hard while they were here and were very clean even for a construction site. Ken even took the time to address a couple of other problems we were having with the house and gave us tips and ideas on how to repair them.
Description of Work: They tore down an old deck and installed a new deck

I use them all the time. I saw the work they did for my neighbor and it was good, so I decided to use them. The workers were really polite. They wore their booties all the time. They were personal with us but not too personal and they just did a great job. The price was really cheap; we only spent about $2800 for the whole kitchen. When they were doing the work, I noticed that they were respectful. I have a kid that would run through the middle of all of it and when I would jump on him, they would tell me that it was all right and that was not a problem and they would work around. They were really awesome. They went above and beyond the call of their duty many times. They were really courteous. One time I needed water and they had the water was shut off, so one of the workers went all the way around the house to turn the water on so that I can send my kid to school. That was really great; I did not believe they did that.
Description of Work: I used Warner Construction for a kitchen and bathroom remodel job. They did my countertops, they did the floors, and they did the wall.

Everything went great, after removing the leaky toilet Ken explained how my floor was rotten and took me thru all the steps involved in fixing it. He then gave me an estimate and worked with me on my budget giving me the bathroom I wanted. The tile work was excellent and now I have a new shower and bath I can be proud of. NO MORE LEAKS!!! I was very impressed with all the design ideas they had for the tile work and how they completed the job on time and for the price they told me. I would def use them again on my next project
Description of Work: Fixed leak in toilet and replaced rotting floor, installed tile around tub and shower and on bath floor
