septic tank, drain pipe, sewer cleaning
+ 1 moreI found them to be outstandingly honest, straightforward, and they did a great job. I appreciate their honesty so much, as they could've said anything. They came a day early, it only took around 3-4 hours and got it done within a short time frame. They really impressed me. I just can't say enough about their honesty. If you're looking for a company that has strong integrity and honesty, this is the company to go with.
Description of Work: They inspected the septic system as part of a home inspection. It didn't pass the test, and so they let us know that it was either going to be a really expensive repair or a inexpensive repair. It came back that it was the much cheaper option. The pipe was clogged and rusted, so they repaired it. They could've completely taken advantage of me, because I needed the house to be closed by June.

+ -1 moreABR septic services was hired by a buyer for a home I was selling to inspect the septic tank and field. ABR said they could not perform the service due to a cracked septic tank lid saying it would fall apart if they tried to lift it. The seller of the property hired AES septic services to perform the service. The lid was not cracked but the aerator was broken. Can't tell for certain who broke the aerator but was broke and needed repair. The septic system was updated to a cost of $2600. ABR came back for their inspection and failed the system. #1 the same lid was used but this time they did lift it. Why could they do it this time when previously they said they couldn't. The system has been in use for 30+ years. #2 ABR said the tank is a septic tank and shouldn't have an aerator. It was installed with an aerator 30 years ago. AES said the aerator was working fine after repairing. #3 ABR said the lid was too heavy for the plastic tank. The lid was never replaced. It's been there for 30 years. The buyer walked from the sale. It cost my seller money, they lost the sale and they lost the home they were purchasing due to the sale of their home falling through. The Missouri Attorney General has been contacted concerning ABR. They should not be in business!

+ -1 moreThey let me pay them at closing. They were wonderful, they advised me that the pump we had should not have an aerator but went ahead and put it in at the request of the buyers since that’s what the inspectors said. They had a very good price.
Description of Work: ABR put a new aerator and a lid in, and then pumped the septic tank out in preparation for selling my father’s house.
