Description of Work: Cleaned area rug in Dining Room. | | We had prior agreed on a time for inspection. The technician never called to confirm time, as previously agreed. After 40 minutes past agreed time w/ the owner, called same & agreed-to a new date & time. This appointment was thus cancelled, due to a no show. The owner was to additionally cancel with his technician but apparently never did... | |The technician shows up @ our home, after I returned to work, an hour later . He talks his way into our home w/ my son who knew nothing about this job & cleans rug in less than 15 minutes. I asked to be there during this process, no such luck!!!

Description of Work: Duct cleaning, full home carpet cleaning, and Scotch Guard. Did a great job at cleaning, interacting with the kids (which they didn't have to), and taking the time to explain aspects of their service to me in detail. I would have them back in my home.

Description of Work: They cleaned the whole house and did a good job. My only complaint was in the ad it did not tell me that steps where extra, but he did explain to me that it requires a lot of extra work. Overall I was very satisfied and my carpet looked almost new.

Description of Work: I had hired them to seal the bathroom tiles, and I guess they were ok, although they did not remove some tape I had placed over areas of missing grout, which I thought should have been done. Did not want to go back and remove that. They said they could clean my Turkish rug, a cotton weave which was very dirty. When it came back it was badly streaked. I called to complain and I was told it was properly cleaned and that the colors would even out in a few months. since I used to own a Turkish rug shop, I know something about how they should be cleaned. Owner was not interested in returning to take a look or make it right, simply said he did what was needed.
