They came promptly in the morning as promised. They were in and out in less than two hours. Furniture turned out great. Workers were polite and friendly.

Provided excellent service. I have about 500 sq. feet of tile and grout which badly needed cleaning and sealing so I bought the Angie's List "Big Deal" for this service and was so very impressed with Bob Giese and his company. He called me after I bought the deal and set up an appointment for a few days later. When they arrived for the job, Bob was upbeat, surveying the job and helping me to figure out the best way to move the furniture around to get the whole room clean. The job took about 2 1/2 hours and they were very calm working around my obnoxious dogs. Bottom line: I now love my floor and I am thankful to Bob for his expertise and professionalism.

Bob responded to my request via Angie's List and provided a quote that I found exceptionally reasonable. He arrived on time the day of my appointment. He was very honest when evaluating some of the stains on my carpet and I appreciated this. He was very professional and got right to work. I am 100% satisfied with the cleaning job. My carpet is over 10 years old and it looked really good once he finished. My next project will include cleaning out my air ducts and I will definitely call Bob for the job.

The owner followed up on the quotation given, which showed to me that he was interested in doing the work. Bob and his associate arrived in a timely manner - the date and time agreed upon. They immediately went to work assessing the environment and locating all of the ductwork. As we were completing a major renovation, there was a real mess in the ductwork due to drywall/plaster wall teardown and replacement, floors sanded etc. Their work was thorough. They replaced the vent covers when done and also vacuumed up any areas where dust/dirt was created.
