Bob and helper showed up on time. We reviewed what had to be done plus he explained what products he would use. The carpet was pretreated and cleaned. What a difference the process made the carpet look years newer. He cleaned the wood floors then coated them with two coats of sealer. This process was dried in about an hour and the floors looked fluid!! The shine was remarkable. Today the floor still looks same way. PS. Our house sold in 4 days, Bob said it would show well and he was right.

It went well. Sadly, it was raining, so he wasn't able to clean my patio umbrella. However, I am considering having him refurbish hardwood floors in my house and will discuss this with him when he comes back to do the umbrella. A really great team.

Do contact them for any work to be done. Do not be too anxious to move your furniture back in because the polyurethane has to have sufficient time to dry thoroughaly. The chemical smell from the polyurethane is pretty bad so be sure to air the house out.

They arrived a bit earlier than the original ETA. Did a good job explaining the services and then measured all the carpet to ensure that the area was covered by the originally agreed upon deal. They were in and out of the house in a little over an hour. The job was very thorough and well done.

The service was great. Bob was a great person to deal with. Most important my carpets look great. I will be doing business with them again if the need ever arises.

They were professional, courteous and prompt. The floor could probably have used a complete strip and re-finish but overall the appearance was much better.

We purchased a deal from Angie's List and were happy we did. We called to set the time and date and talked directly to the owner. He called to verify we were still on before hand. We got another call to announce their arrival time and both were on time. They talked me through the process and did exactly what was advertised. They were pleasant and professional. Conversations were clean and friendly. Time was 2 hours from arrival to departure. Drying time was 2 hours until it could be walked on. The floor was beautiful!

Very professional. Kept me updated, even when they were caught in traffic for a short time while on the way here. They did a very nice job all the way around. They helped me move the last heavy furniture out of the way that I couldn't move myself. Had the initiative to use my wood touch-up pen on spots I had put wood filler in that needed it after cleaning the floor. THe floors SHINE and look completely different, for the better. I knew I would go over the square footage (350) allowed on the coupon and paid another $297.50. I am very pleased with the results. Would definitely use this company again for any of the other services they provide.

Told me they would be at my home between 11 and 12. Arrived at 11:45 and finished with in an hour. They moved furniture, cleaned a few spots we had, and finished and scotch guard the areas I wanted. They were very efficient and friendly. I would certainly use again.

It went well. It was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman that came out was very professional. They were prompt. When I purchased the big deal, I left a message and left an email. The gentleman replied by same evening and they set up an appointment. They arrived ahead of the schedule and took the time to explain the process about they were going to do. They completed the job and it was a great experience.

He called 30 minutes before to verify appointment, arrived on time, cleaned the carpet, moved and cleaned under the furniture that I asked them to, and completed the job in a reasonable time. Put the furniture back also. Scheduled them to clean our kitchen floor tile and grout. They seem very concerned about doing a good job.

They cleaned the carpets and the grout and tiles in the Kitchen. I liked them very much. They did a good job at a good price. They were on time and they looked professional.

I contacted Bob with Kwik Dry to determine if his deal would be good for my situation. We have hardwood floors that are in rough shape. We weren't expecting miracles, but we wanted to extend the life of our floors until we could install tile. I had Bob come over to check the state of our floors and measure to see if our square footage fit within his deal. He was upfront and honest that the re-coating would not make the floors like new, but rather would give them a shine and some additional protection. Bob was right on time for this appointment. I purchased The Big Deal (179$ for hardwood deep cleaning and re-coating) and scheduled Bob to come back a few weeks later to do the work. He was very good about staying in contact with me and returning my phone calls. Bob and his assistant did the work in a little under two hours and they were very professional. They did a thorough job and the floors look great. Bob did arrive about 15 minutes later than I expected (thus the B rating instead of an A for punctuality), but it was not a big deal. I trusted him to do the work without me watching over him. I would definitely use his services again.

These wood floors had been under carpet for years and had lost all of their luster and shine. Kwik Dry did a beautiful job. They were responsive, called back when they said they would, were true to their estimate of our additional purchase, and did the work on a Sunday so they could get us in in our time frame. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Kwik did a great job. Very responsive, on time and thorough. The originally cleaned and sealed my master bath floor. The grout was extremely dirty and everything looks great now. I was so impressed with their work that I had them come back and clean out and sanitize my vents as well. I would highly recommend them.

Bob and his helper could not have been nicer. They moved stuff to get to the vents and put everything back in its place. Very fast and left no mess.

Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning were great. It was a great experience. I enjoyed talking to the guy; we had a lot in common. He did it quickly and he did a really good job. It was one of the best of that type of service that I have had. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. He did offer scotch guard. We declined and that was because my wife read that it was basically a poison and we didn't want that in our house. I don't think he knew that. The quality of his work was 5 star. He showed up early.

Outstanding job! Proffessional, on time with amazing results. Kwik dry cleaned our ceramic tile, scrubbed the grout and sealed the floor. We thought our tile was a tan/brownish beige. After these guys did there magic, we realized we have white grout and a pale sandy colored tile. Couldnt be happier! Its like a brand new floor. If you have tile floors..these are the people to clean them. They are miracle workers. Thank you kwik dry for giving me a new kitchen floor to love!

Bob at Quik Dry was very responsive, calling the same day to set up an appointment. We set up a time and he was very punctual. Bob and his assistant were very professional and knew what they were doing. When they were finished, my hardwood floors looked wonderful. I am very happy with their service. I would definitey call them again as they offer many additional services I am interested in.

Bob and his brother, Rich, were outstanding! Not only did they clean my carpets (and scotch guard them) on a Saturday, but they did so with a smile and a great attitude. Loved these guys. Very professional. Went over and above. Very friendly as well. I will be using them again, this time for my air vent cleaning. I cannot recommend them more. Bob and his employee came to originally fullfill a contract of hardwood floor refinishing and one room carpet cleaning. When I asked for a price on two other carpeted rooms, he gave me a price and stated he could also do them while he was here. I was grateful to have them done the same day! Bob was very friendly and professional. My hardwood floor looks wonderful and my carpets are all clean! Yay!!! Thanks Bob!!
