Had three rooms of hardwood, plus steps, cleaned and re-coated. The floors were under carpet for many years so were dirty and very dull. The floors now shine. Bob was very professional and courteous. I was able to use Angie's Big Deal so happy with the price. I am very satisfied with all work completed and will use this company again in the future.

The experience was good. They were very professional and courteous. We had moved the furniture so they could start right away. The finished floor look great, clean and shiny. I would recommend the service before completely refinishing. I would also recommend buying furniture moving pads as the floor will scuff moving heavy furniture.

They were excellent with the cleaning! They cleaned it and wiped it down by HAND! They even lightly scratched up the couple of small paint drippings I had on the floor. Then they put down the coatings. My floors look excellent! I am very happy with the service and the cost. I recommend this to anyone!

Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning did a nice job. We were very pleased with them. It looks great. I would give them "A's." It didn't cost more than the big deal purchase. Everything went good. They were very good.

They look great, especially for a cost savings over a complete refinish. They were quick, clean (he swept out the garage first to keep from tracking things in the house) and did a nice job on refinishing the floor. We're preparing the house for market and this will really help it look nice.

My floors looked ok before but had not been treated since I moved in 5 years ago and I didn't know how many years before that. I felt they were somewhat dull and could look better. Bob came in and promised he could definitely make an improvement. There was a lot of build up of old clean products, polish, and pollen dust from outside that had been sealed into the floor and he worked so hard to make sure that every little corner was scraped and scrubbed clean. He then added the sealant and now my floors are shining bright. It make the whole house brighten up. He did a fantastic job and I would be more than willing to recommend him for this job or anything else and am likely to use him for other jobs in the future.

Kwik Dry arrived at my house, explained in detail what would be done to my tile and grout, quickly got to work and quickly finished the job. The tile and the grout now look especially clean. Some of the spots or stains could not be removed but some of the stains have been there for over twenty years so I understood they might be too ingrained to remove. Bob was friendly and very informative. He told me what could be done for the grout that was stained. I would definitely use Kwik Dry again.

Bob and his helper were late by the original appointment time but kept me informed as to when they would be there. They got to work immediately and communicated step by step what they were going to do and then had me inspect every step. Very good value and the floors look great. The floor is very shiny even with a medium glaze. Used an Angielist coupon and am extremely satisfied.

Bob and his brother, Al arrived at the scheduled time and promptly cleaned the hardwood floors. Next, they applied 2 coats of poly wax. They instructed us to allow floors to dry 5-6 hours before putting the furniture back in the room. They did an excellent job and I will consider using them in the future.

Carpet hadn't been cleaned for several years so it was fairly heavily soiled. Results were better than expected.

The owner arrived on time. That was the only thing that went well. After that he measured the area we wanted cleaned. We only have carpet in three bedrooms and the finished basement. We wanted the master bedroom carpet cleaned and the main living area in the finished basement. Kwik Dry measured our master bedroom, with the furniture still in it, and said it was 250 square feet. We had the house built and know the bedroom is 14 x 16 which is 224 sq feet WITHOUT furniture in it. We have a king size bed, two side tables, a dresser, and an armoire in the room. They did not move the furniture and only cleaned around it. No way this was 250 sq ft. When we mentioned that the square footage could not be right, he got very defensive and told us that he was booked all day and did not have time to discuss this with us and did we want him to do the job or not? Extremely unprofessional. We only ended up getting the area around the furniture in the master bedroom cleaned and an area about 20 x 20 in the basement. He would not even do the stairs leading down to the basement. In total, he was probably at our home for only about 20 minutes. Our carpets do not look clean and we will go elsewhere to have it done PROFESSIONALLY. We have had our carpets cleaned before and the experience was far different than with Kwik Dry.

went well called to let us know he had a cacellation and was it ok to come earlier than scheduled appoint.between foot prints and some dog stains,the carpet was in pretty bad shape.they did a excellent job.removed all the stains and deorderized carpet.ive used qwik dry before.will use them again and would recommend them to any one.very friendly

Bob, the owner of Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning is amazing. He is outstanding. He was the most cheerful, energetic and helpful person I can remember running in to across all lines of work. We have arranged for him to come back and do some duct cleaning in a couple of weeks.

Bob showed up on time and explained everything to me. He and his assistant went right to work and finished in a timely manner. The $98.00 was for the carpet protection after the carpet was cleaned which we discussed before the work was done. A few days after the work was performed, I noticed a stain which was still on the carpet. We couldn't figure out if it was there before the carpet had been cleaned or not. I called Bob and he came out again in a timely manner and worked on the stain. Bob is a really nice person and he is coming out to clean the grout soon. I would highly recommend his company and Bob personally. He is a very hard worker and will do all he can to please his customers.

The company came out on Monday May 6, 2013 at 12:30. The appointment was for 1:30, but he was ahead of schedule and called to see if it was ok to come early. The carpeting was examined and I pointed out some spots. He went to work right away with the process.. .. sprayed for stains, etc and steam cleaned all areas. After completing the job, he left a bottle of stain cleaner, which works fantastic. He also left some booties to use to walk on the damp carpet. Overall job was a couple of hours from start to finish. Nice, polite and professional person with a great attitude. I recommend this company. I would like to have the ducts cleaned in the future.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet and upholstery. On time, professional, very friendly and reasonably priced. They took their time cleaning my carpet and my sectional looks brand new. They also sprayed a scotch guard in the high traffic areas. I have booked another appointment to have my air ducts cleaned. Great job! Thanks Bob.

the floors turned out very nice no complaints. I paid $149.00 on the angies list coupon. I thought that was the total price as i told him the size of the floors on the phone. He charged another $173.00 after he had started the job because he said i had more sqarefootag square footage than the special was for. be sure to read the fine print. they did do a nice job on the floors but i would never had paid that much to have them done had i known it was going to be another $173.00.

Kwik Dry was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and worked around my schedule. They were on time, professional, friendly, and fully explained the process before they began. The grout cleaning went very quickly and, once they were finished, my 10 year old grout looked brand new! I couldn't be more pleased.

my floors are worn in many of the high traffic areas so cleaning and re-sealing didn't effect those areas as much as I'd hoped. The other areas look very good though so I probably needed to sand and stain the areas where traffic has worn out the surface.

As I said appove--it was terrific. They even helped me move the furniture because we had forgotten. The only tiny suggestion I might have is to call the night before to remind us they're coming.

The company was very professional. I wanted the tile grout in my kitchen cleaned and in a small bathroom. They actually arrived earlier than they originally scheduled but I was able to get someone over to my house so it worked out okay. They came out and measured the areas first and additionally measured my breakfast room (which is attached to my kitchen) and informed me of extra square footage that was not covered by the Big Deal and what the additional cost would be. They did not pressure me into purchasing the extra square footage. In fact, after the tile was cleaned, they agreed with me that I really didn't need to have the extra area cleaned as it was in fairly good shape already. The tiles look great! My Mom was impressed, too, as she was the one "supervising" the job for me. Very professional and job welL done!
