It was excellent on all accounts. Bob Giese, the owner came to offer estimate assuring me at that time that my well-worn floors would be much improved. He was polite, professional and honest throughout. We scheduled the service and he arrived on time as agreed. I was at work during the cleaning and had left key in mailbox. He contacted me by phone when the job was completed; it seems like it only took about 3 hours. When I came home that evening, my floors shone like glass and this is no exaggeration. He moved all the furniture except for the very heaviest pieces and replaced most everything except for a few chairs, etc. that were easy to re-arrange. I wouldnhighly recommend his services to anyone and look forward to using him again in the future. Another great referral from Angie's List!

As was done with the carpet cleaned by Kwik Dry, the grout looked wonderful when they were done.

Bob arrived early on the morning of our appointment. We had bought a coupon to have the living room and dinning room floors cleaned and polyurethane put on them. There was carpeting on the floors which they were to remove and two bedrooms of carpeting to be cleaned. After the carpet was removed, we found some areas of the wood flooring was badly stained. We discussed our options with Bob and he said he could have someone come in and sand, stain and put polyurethane on them. Bob worked with us to use the coupon we had bought for the floor cleaning to be used for the other work to be done. We had to wait a week for someone to come to do the floors but he did an excellent job. He arrived on a Friday and worked late that night to get the floors sanded and stained. He came back Saturday and Sunday to put on the polyurethane on them. He was able to get the stain out everywhere but a slight area in hall .The floors look great. I have never had a polish and I have nothing to compare. My expectations maybe were too high, but I felt this deal was not worth it.I did not see any difference in my floor. I hadn’t polished my floor in 10 years, but no one noticed the difference in the money that I paid.

They were very efficient with their time. Floors are much more shiny than I've seen them in 35 years. No odor or discomfort at all. I would not hesitate to use them again for floors or upholstery or any other service they provide.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think it was great. He was very efficient and did a few other things in the house also. He offers other services like floor refinishing so he looked at our floor and gave us advice on our flooring. All around, it was a great service. He was excellent.

He gave me a courtesy call before he came to tell me when he would be here. he explained the prices and went to work quickly. I have 2 dogs so we were waiting in another part of the house behind closed doors. he let me know hour it was going. I was very glad when he asked about doing my stairs for an extra $125 . I have wanted to do something for the but was afraid of doing anything myself. I'm very pleased. There are a couple of places close to the wall that he didn't get. but besides that it was great.

It was great. I paid a lot more than I had expected. I couldn't estimate how much square footage of carpets that I had. We actually used him to clean and seal our hardwood floor also. He was very friendly and we were military and he was very pro military, he was so nice to me, I guess he was veteran friendly. He contacted me straightaway and we were able to schedule it I think a week later. He was on time actually he was early. I would use them again.

They arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning the floor. They applied the two coats of polyurethane and the floor has a great shine. They were professional and polite.

I bought their Big Deal. It turned out pretty well; it was good. The original deal was up to 400 square feet and I had a hallway which was only about a 100 square feet. He asked if he could do anything else while he was there and so he ended up doing the kitchen as well for the same price because the deal was up to a significantly more area than what I was trying to get done. It was a good experience and he recommended doing more work himself so I got good value. It was a fair price for what they did.

The gentleman who came out was very friendly and he arrived on time. However, the stains in our carpet reappeared within a few days. I did not call the company back to complain because I have been too busy.

Carpets could have been cleaned better. Left some mess from duct cleaning. My wife asked to see what was removed from vents and they did not show it to her.

The service was very good. We had purchased a big deal, but they did some extra work, and so we paid them extra. They were pretty good, I am not sure that the sealant was necessary, or whether they were just trying to sell extra services. The 129 Dollars of the big deal was a good deal, and I am not sure if the sealant makes a difference.They did a good job,

They were courteous and careful working inside the house. Bob noted one small stain that he was unable to remove. The carpeting looked great when they were finished. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Bob Giese and his assistant appeared at my door spotless...themselves! The work they planned to do on the floors was carefully and clearly explained. Work was started immediately! Furniture and so on was all carefully moved out of areas to be cleaned. The work was quickly and perfectly completed! They left my floors looking more beautiful than they have ever looked. The wooden floor totally shines..........and the sealer they put on the grout after cleaning the tiled areas...actually beads water up! I was more than satisfied with the work! When Bob left our home, I felt that I had not only found the best floor man, but also a new friend who will help us to maintain all floors from now on!!!!

Bob Giese, the owner, responded promptly to our phone call to schedule. He and his brother, Rich, showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment time. The entire process was much quicker that we expected about one hour total. They used a large fluid filled machine that cleaned the floor, and vacuumed up the liquid. They then (reportedly) applied 2 coats of polyurethane, which was completely dry in about 1 hour. When I say they reportedly applied the poly, it is because neither I or my husband actually saw them do it. Everything went so quickly, and we tried to stay out of their way. Whatever they applied, the floor is now clean, and the low level gloss is restored for almost all of the area. There are a few patches that were quite worn, and those areas are not completely sealed. Perhaps I will try a little paste wax. Overall, the floor looks much improved. There was no dust from sanding, and no odor from the chemicals. Given the low price, I feel that we definitely got our money's worth.
