Owner and staff were very friendly and did an excellent job with cleaning some tough spots out of the carpet. Entire carpet looked really good when the task was completed. I would definitely use Kwik Dry again!

I have had my carpets cleaned before but this was by far the best cleaning I've experieinced. The nap on the carpet was uplifted and even the traffic areas look better. We had a bad area in the bedroom and it turned out much better than expected. They were professional, frieindly and completed the job timely and were gone in about an hour and half. The carpet looks so great, I was so impressed I am booking with KWIK DRY to do my hardwood floors in a couple of weeks. I am a new user with Angie's list. I was very pleased with my first experieice. I have recommedned Kwik Dry to my friends and neighbors.

Made contact to set-up appointment and had to leave a message. The call was promptly returned and the appointment scheduled. Bob and his assistant arrived promptly as promised and requested a walk through to identify the areas needing cleaning. Bob was very thorough in his explanation of what would be done in the cleaning process and how any stains would be treated. Only after making certain all questions had been answered, did they promptly began their work starting at the lower lever and working upward. Their work was steady and efficient. Both gentlemen were very friendly and professional. Clean-up was thorough leaving no unsightly mess behind in any of the areas of cleaning. I would not hesitate to use them again. My grading on price is simply due to the absence of other quotes for the same work. Previous quotes, however, from others have wanted to charge a separate fee for cleaning the stairs. Overall I felt the price charged to be at least competitive. I

Bob Giese is a very nice man. I found him to be honest and fair. We set up the appointment for 9 - 9:30 and he called me a little before 9 to say he was on his way. He looked over my bathroom tile and gave me an honest evaluation of what he could do and what I could expect, as well as some options to consider. Bob and his employee, Michael, began cleaning both the bathroom and the carpet and I was surprised how quickly they got it done. They did an exceptional job on both. I would definitely recommend Kwik Dry and would not hesitate to use them again.

WORK WILL BE DONE IN THE FUTURE. So far, they have called and scheduled the appointment at an agreed upon time. No work performed yet. Responding to get the 20 dollar gift card. Angies List's deadlines said submitg the review before the work was completed in order to get a giftcard.

I really didn't have the 350 square feet. The grout he told me was not really grout, it was something else. I was going to have to have somebody come in and just spackle it. He really didn't do very much. He was very nice. He listened to what I wanted but he told me all they could do would be to clean the tile. The tile itself is 60 years old and he cleaned it but unfortunately, it really didn't look that much different. I was just disappointed that he wasn't able to do more but dealing with him was definitely an A.

He was professional, courteous and efficient.l. They did as advertised. Furniture that was movable was tilted back for the cleaning process. A cleaning solution was sprayed on the carpet . After that was completed throughout they used a steam cleaning process. The carpeting required about 8 hours to dry. There were no extra charges.

These rugs were 20+ years old and they looked great after they finished. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but never had the great results I received after Kwik Dry finished.

The initial call was within hours of us purchasing the big deal. They arrived on time and Bob (the owner) and Jared were friendly and professional. They walked the house with me and asked about any special concerns and got right to work. Bob showed genuine interest in us and the house &, suggested future services the he could provide, but not at all in a pushy way . He remembered that I had asked about cleaning a couch and wanted to make sure the price wasn't too high. It wasn't, we just decided to pass for now The carpets look great, better than I expected due to their age and build up. I will definitely use them in the future. If I have 1 suggestion (and this is nit picky ) I would have appreciated a conformation call the day before. Only because it had been a couple of weeks since scheduling.

He showed up on time and was very professional. I had stains in the carpet that I could get out nor could a professional cleaner. He came out and removed the stains that had been there for years which I was amazed by. He was very courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend using him.

Bob was great to deal with from the very start. He responded immediately and set a date for the service. On the service date he was right on time and a pleasure to deal with once again. They preformed the service in a professional and prompt manner. We are very pleased with the results and the service provided! I will be having my carpets done very soon in the future and would certainly recommend their services. Top notch!

The guy I dealt with to schedule the service was very nice and professional. Also, the cleaning of the tile and grout was fine, but they left wet and dirty footprints all over our hardwood floors that were difficult to clean up. We probably spent as much time cleaning up after them as they did in cleaning our tile and grout.

Bob arrived on time and did an excellent job removing old stains that previous carpet cleaners were unsuccessful in removing. The carpet looks brand new now. I paid an extra $40 for Scotchgard treatment. The carpet and stairs were also deodorized.

we had a few difficult stains that they were confident they could get out. after the carpets dried they were still there. I would have appreciated a follow up call. They were very nice and I do believe they did their best, however, I will try someone else next time.

I purchased a "Deal" for Kwik Dry to come clean the carpet in our new home which had picked up a lot of dirt and dust during the past six weeks of renovation work. He and his assistant were extremely professional and did an excellent job on the carpets and only charged me $40 additional for an extra flight o stairs that wasn't included in the original bid. I was particularly impressed that they were willing to wait for the plumber to come back to turn on the water and --when he wasn't able to do so--go with me to ask my new neighbor to borrow her hose. A++

Bob and his helper were right on time. When they arrived, I asked them if they would be able to get the waffle pattern off of the floor that was left from the previous owner's rubber padding. Looking at the stain, Bob told me right away that the only way he could get the stain out was to redo the floor completely by sanding it and restaining it and then adding two coats of poly. He informed me that the cost of it would be much higher since there was a lot more work involved. But he also assured me that even though he could not get it out with cleaning the floor, that I would still be happy with the finished product. He kept his promise. The floor did look very nice, shiny and clean. He was very honest and polite and took every measure he could to make sure the job was done right!

They did a fine job. Got some stubborn pet stains off the carpets. I did not realize there was a square foot limit on the deal so I had to forego the downstairs carpets and paid an extra forty dollars to have them do the stairs. That was not very clear in the deal when I read it. Nonetheless they did a great job and the clean carpets helped us get our entire rent deposit back.

ntyWent very well. Called before they arrive3d. Did a profession job. moved all of the furniture and cleande everything up afterwords. Would definitely use again in the future.
