They did a good job. The person who came out was very temperamental. I would use the service but not the person who came to do the service.

Had a very pleasant conversation on the phone with the owner when I called to schedule the appointment. I was curious as to how much hardwood floor I have (versus how much was included in the offer). He said they don't make a preliminary visit to measure but that he could eyeball it pretty precisely when he arrived. We moved most of our furniture out of the rooms, but left the big stuff (refrigerator, entertainment center) and he was able to "blend" the new finish seamlessly with the old. He and an assistant arrived as scheduled and got right to work on the dining room carpet, then they started on the wood floors. The assistant scrubbed all of the baseboards. We actually left them alone in the house since we really don't have access to the second floor without stepping on the dining room carpet or the wood floor. We asked him to call us when he was about 30 minutes from being done, but we ran out of errands and got back to the house just as he was calling us. They still had to put the second coat on the wood floors, but we were so impressed with how things were looking after just one coat that we went ahead and paid and then left again while they finished. A few things I'll mention, and he alerted me to some of these when I made the appointment: This is not like having your floors sanded down and refinished. If your floor has worn spots and nicks, this will not eliminate those. But if you don't mind a floor with "character," you'll love the results. We had our floors sanded many years ago and it looked brand new. This looks probably 80% as good and costs a fraction of the price, and we didn't have to move out for 2 days--total time for this refinish was about 3 or 3.5 hours, including the time spent on the carpet. I realize it won't last for 10 years, but at this price, maybe I'll have it re-done more often. Another thing, our floor was quite a bit bigger than the offer allowed for, so we ended up owing some extra money. But it wasn't extreme and we are so happy with the results that we feel like it was fair. If you are a stickler about the cost being exact, ask him to measure or eyeball the floor and give you a firm estimate when he arrives to do the work. The dining room carpet isn't flawless, but it's white carpeting and it's been there for several years. The work he did is a huge improvement. The dark spot couldn't be completely removed, but it's about 95% gone and the dark color has not resurfaced thus far (it resurfaced within 2 weeks after the previous cleaning). All in all, we are delighted. Everyone who comes to our house thinks it looks fantastic and it seems to be holding up just fine. I would wholeheartedly recommend this uplift. The only problem is that it makes you want to redecorate everything else in your house to look as good as the floors.

Bob called to confirm the appointment the day before. Bob called the day of the appointment to let us know that he was on his way. Bob and his worker was prompt, courteous, hard working and explained the whole process to us. He was quick but took his time on troubled spots . I will definitely use him again for spring carpet cleaning. Bob has a customer for life :) They were awesome!!! I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs!!!

It was not the best. There was a major scheduling miscommunication. We were expecting on October 2nd because that’s what we thought we booked and they did not showed that day. They showed at the following week and they ended up coming on October 2nd because we stayed home to wait for them but then the actual service was not that great. I thought the price was fair.

The team arrived on time and got right to work spot treating all areas. I toured them through the house pointing out all the areas needing cleaning and focus areas where stains were present. They moved around lighter furniture as needed and the carpets look great.

They are great. They were very responsive; they did the job the way that they were supposed too. I have actually hired them for other clients as well. I used them within a few weeks of purchase. I had to pay more, because I had more flooring done. It was around $150 more. I have referred them and I will use them again.

He stated that his cleaner was better than any other, and that my floor would look amazing when he was done. It did not. He "explained" that the scuff marks, etc. on my floor would not come out as they were in the wood, and that he could refinish the floor without any dust. I thought since he would not get my floor clean as promised he should have told me and not continued. He did nothing more than I had been doing with the Orange Glo 4 in 1. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Our floors look great! We debated on whether or not to get new floors or sand and refinish. After taking several bids and reviewing services we found Bob at Kwik Dry offered the best response. The scratches are gone;the stain is beautiful,and the floors shine! Bob was very professional and prompt in returning all calls. We will now use his services for carpet cleaning next month!

It went great. They did a good job in excellent time and left the carpets clean. They were courteous and pleasant to have in our home. We have no complaints.

They did a great job. They were in and out in a couple of hours. Everything went fine and the price was reasonable, I utilized one of the coupons that I got off of Angie’s List. They came out within a week. I would use them again if I still lived in the Saint Louis area.

It was excellent. They did a really good job. It came out really nice. As far as I can see, they're pretty reasonable. Everything we had done was reasonable. The owner and his folks were very courteous. I wouldn't have any problems recommending them. We were more than pleased with them. I would use them in the future.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it turned out pretty good. I paid an additional charge because our area was larger to clean than the Big Deal specified. Bob, the quick dry owner, was very friendly and attentive to our problem. There were some stains that he could not get out, but I am not sure anybody could get them out. He did such a good job that we were very happy with it. He also did a little area rug for us and we are having him back to do our wooden kitchen floor and foyer. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets on several levels of the house. Basement had several annoying stains that are now gone. I don't think the stairs have ever looked this clean. The men were easy to talk with and got the job done efficiently.

Bob Giese, the owner, was very professional in the work performed. We were very pleased with the appearance of the floor after Bob was finsished. We would definitely have him back for future services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid additional because he asked me if I wanted Scotchguard and I did. They were very nice. There is a traffic pattern in the bedroom upstairs that I didn't realize and I can still see it very definitely so I was going to call him back to see if he could do anything about it. They did do very good on the stairs and where I showed him some spots. I liked him. He was good. He was very friendly. He was running late but he did call to confirm that he was going to be late. I think I would probably use them again.

Bob and his brother did a great job.. The tile grout was practically black in some areas, but they got it back to original white again. Super nice guys.
