Selling my Mother-in-laws house it was in desperate need of carpet cleaning... We hire this outfit site unseen, and that was a great move... they were on time, did a great job, very informative and very very professional. We got our monies worth and more. Bob who owns the company did everything we asked and did it w/humor and professionalism. There were many unknown stains, but they got them all but one(RUST maybe). The carpet was really bad, then BAM, clean and ready to sell the house... which sold in 6 days. When they left they gave us complete drying instructions and extra stain remover if needed.Groupon used

Michael and Mike were on time, very professional and courteous. The stairs and Scotch Guard were purchased at time of service. Carpets look great and smell nice too - like having new carpeting!

The service at Kwik Dry was excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, and they even came earlier than my scheduled time. Everything was explained as far as drying time and product safety. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I was very impressed with this service. They arrived on time, explained everything fully, completed quickly, and left everything clean. I even had them clean out the dryer vent for an extra cost.

The carpet cleaning and tile cleaning were good, but they left my house with a broken outside faucet and the owner was very rude and rose his voice to me when I asked him to pay for part of the $50 repair. He swore up and down his guys could not have broken my outdoor faucet. However, the fact is it worked fine before they connected to it, turned it on and it would not turn off after they were done. I was simply asking for $25 to help in my repair costs. The amount of money isn’t really the issue, but it shows they will take no ownership if a mishap happens. I would not trust them inside my house.

They told me they will try to do it. The owner was nice enough to set the appointment. The guys who came to clean (nice folks) tried cleaning it and could not remove it but and then asked me that I should get a sealant for $40 because the chemicals they use are harsh for tiles and grout so they always recommend it. They should have been upfront before they even scheduled the appointment. Now I have a 3 year old shower stall with mold and mildew sealed in it so one else can remove it either thanks to them.

Extremely well done. Explained how the procedure would be preformed. What expect and how to keep them clean longer. Came out better than was discussed. Overall an exceptional job and definitely our new service for carpet cleaning and more.

Condition of hardwood made it unnecessary to have them cleaned. Had to cancel purchase. Bob was very understanding and extremely cordial. Once I get the floors in better shape, I will definitely purchase his services.

They were really great, professional & accomodating- They were also extremely knowledgeable & helped me navigate when & how to clean my upholstery & hard wood floors & linoleum ( which they also clean)

Two Kwik Dry men came just when they said they would, discussed what the job could and could not accomplish, and then went ahead and quickly completed the job, explaining to us each stage and what to expect from it. We got precisely the outcome they predicted, at less time than they suggested it might take, and with no mess left at all.

My carpet and upholstery looks fresh and clean. This company did a great job and were quite professional in completing their tasks. I will definitely hire them again. Note: I appreciated their call informing me they would be 30 minutes behind in schedule.
