It went well. They were able to fit me in on pretty short notice. They got it done right on time and the carpet looks great.

We had carpets & carpeted stairs cleaned and the grout scrubbed and resealed on a kitchen tile floor.

They came in and cleaned about 1800 sq. ft. of carpet and did an excellent job, they were a bit late, but I was notified in advance. They were professional and polite, the entire process lasted 21/2 hours. The floors were very clean and I will use this service in the future.

Kwik Dry did a great job cleaning our carpets. I was surprised at the amount of carpet that they cleaned for the price. They were very friendly.

The guys were actually early, did what was asked, including the carpets in all the bedrooms and hall and stairs and then were gone. Very friendly, polite, and professional. Results were very good.

I was not at all impressed with the quality of this carpet cleaning. Our carpet is by no means filthy because shoes come off immediately when we walk in the door, but I did expect to see a difference after the cleaning. Only the dining and desk chairs were moved. While I knew the couches wouldn't be moved, I was shocked that the ottoman, coffee tables, dining table and even a small plant stand were left right where they were. There were several areas out in the open that I know weren't touched because they were bone dry immediately after the cleaners left. There are a few small stains in the dining and kids' rooms, and by the garage entrance that should have easily come clean if an attempt had been made to go over it more than once with the extractor.

They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. We had bought a coupon on Angie's list and even though the square footage was over the amount on the coupon, they still honored it. They did a good job and we definitely will use them again.

The carpets job was the best we ever had. The carpets were so soft when he was done. He also put a type of scotchguard on them. The parkay floor looked so worn and it now looks like new. Both of the men were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Kwik Dry.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They did a great job and they came back and did a different job. I expected a phone call and my e-mail stuff went into spam so I assumed that he had not responded to me. So I called him again and he was very quick to respond. He said no I sent the information to you. As soon as I was able to get in touch with him he came right out to take care of it. He was very comprehensive with his knowledge of what he does and we were very happy. He was a very positive guy, it was pleasant to have him in the house.

They were very professional and very thorough and polite about being in our home. It was a really good deal they were efficient.

Everything was very professional and they were very accommodating as far as our schedule. Unfortunately, the shine lasted a few days. Spots starting showing up immediately where people were walking, and in a few days, it didn't look any different than it had before. The results were the same as when I use a store bought product (which didn't cost me $149.)

All floors were cleaned well. The workers were very punctual, courteous, and communicated with us often about the services being performed. It was great to have the owner of the company show up to perform the services his company sells. It gave me great assurance that he would do a good job and be able to address any concerns on the spot. I will use them again.

The gentlemen who did the work were knowledgeable and conscientious. They performed the work efficiently and thoroughly. My floors are beautiful!

I just wanted to take the time to write a review about Kwik Dry. I have been very busy after I purchased my Big Deal. The owner Bob and I played phone tag a few times, I was able to connect with him last night and he came today to clean the areas that I asked him to clean. After experiencing truck problems this morning and having to call out a replacement truck, He called and we set up a time of 4:30. Bob and his Brother showed up right on time and listened to my needs. They went straight to work and the floors look great. I have a new puppy that has had some accidents on the floor and he paid special attention to those areas. The two men were very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to have them back or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The proprietor of Kwik Dry, Bob Giese, and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time to clean my carpet. He explained the work to be performed and was very good to our family dog. The carpet was pretreated, cleaned, then Scotch Guarded. I would definitely use Kwik Dry's services again.

From the start to finish this was an excellent deal. I try & get our carpets cleaned once or twice a year & have used many different companies. We have a large Family Room that always counts as 2 rooms & has white carpeting (not our choice - was here when we moved in 8 years ago). We have 3 dogs & a cat and the family before us had 3 cats so the carpet is not in the best condition. Every year I plan to replace it but it would be such a big expense. Up the staircase we have a pretty big bedroom too, so I love purchasing the deals where I can get "whole house" carpet cleaning for a set price. This was the first time I used Kwik Dry & I will use them again. They immediately contacted me by email & I liked being able to schedule the appointment online. Bob arrived right on time & was professional & pleasant the entire time. I felt comfortable with him & his worker in the house & around my pets. The rooms were cleaned in just about an hour & at the last minute I asked if they'd mind doing the basement landing & it was no problem. All the carpets came out so clean & fresh. I am used to the Family Room carpet looking nice after each cleaning but usually stained patches seem to bleed back up into the carpet causing discolored areas. Not so this time & it has been over 6 weeks. Bob & Kwik Dry did a superior job & I am happily surprised. Everything was positive & went smoothly.
