They were only here about 4hours, all my doors look awesome, very shiny and clean. Everything went as he said it would.

We had to reschedule the service date twice, and Bob was extremely flexible in working with us. He and the person assisting him were prompt and professional. They completed the work in exactly the time that he had said. Kwik Dry will be on my list of floor / carpet cleaners to consider for future work.

They were very polite and made careful consideration to our furniture and pets and even asked if there were any allergies before spraying. I was extremely satisfied. They went above and beyond and I will definitely hire them again.

Owner worked with me to get job done when I was available and during the very busy holiday season. He started his day very early got the job done on the day I needed to have done. Great service, super job and nice owner!

There were some concerns about residual odor (cat) but none remains today.

It went great! We were ready to actually replace the carpet in the den, thinking that we would never be able to get the stains out from four kids and pets. Kwik dry came and cleaned it and it looks awesome! We will not be replacing that is for sure!

Found Kwik Dry on Angie's List when a coffee stain wasn't coming out of the hallway carpet. the company was set to arrive at 9:15am, and the company showed up 15 minutes early. Some cars were exchanged to bring his truck closer to the house (which was perfectly fine). The cleaner first moved any small furniture from the room that the carpet would be cleaned. He then pre treated both the couch+lounge and the mattress. After removing all sign of the stains from the mattress- and we had tried our own brands before calling kwik dry and the stain never came out- he thoroughly got at our couch. The couch was even cleaned a second time due to more wear on the chase. The carpets were last and he even let us see how different the carpets were as he was pulling up all the dirt from the living room. The carpet stains were gone completely, he even did a second hallway and the path to the second bedroom's mattress no charge extra. As the company was leaving the worker gave us a free bottle of the Kwik Dry carpet cleaner and stain remover, freshened the air, and generally was a great guy. Recommend this company highly.

Bob was great to work with. He was very responsive to returning my initial call and working with me to set a date for the work. He was very accommodating. On the day of the service, he was on time (early in fact) and got right to it. He was very personable! I left he and his partner to it. A short while later, he called to let me know of an issue with my outside spigot. He was kind enough to address the problem while still getting my carpets cleaned. He also offered some great advice on how to avoid the spigot issues in the future. The carpets look great (he even got a tough stain out of the living room carpet) and I am very pleased. I would definitely (and will) use Bob and Kwik Dry again.

It was great. The owner was very courteous and definitely pleasant to work with. He offered an additional stain guard and that was an additional 79$ charge on top of the deal. Overall, they did a really good job. They were really quick.

I was very pleased with the service. The 2 gentlemen were pleasant and when asking if any other items could be cleaned were not pushy. Everything they cleaned-sofa, 2 recliners and a large area rug were very clean and looked so much better. Stains were gone and have not reappeared as they have in the past with other companies. Cleaning was done in a timely manner. Will call this company in the future and have given their name to several people.

After making a purchase, the company called me to schedule. We agreed on a mutual time. On that day, he called after being 20 minutes late saying he would get there in 30 minutes. He said he needed all the cars cleared from my driveway, for his vans. So I moved them. Over an hour and fifteen minutes later, he said he was at my front door parked in his van. I said that I have children home from school and I'm trying to get dinner and homework started. He said I sounded upset. I said "I was in the middle of dealing with some children issues", and he then began yelling at me that he got here as soon as he could, that I had no business being upset, (which I wasn't until that point), and that he wouldn't clean my couch and to just get my money back. Wow. He must have had a really bad day, because I said nothing unkind that warranted his yelling and condescending tone.

There was an accident on the highway which is the way they were to get to me, they were delayed and called to warn me. From there on it was very professional and very well done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great! I wanted to purchase more and he won't do it this way but I wanted to do more than what I did at that time I did it and he'll only take one coupon per visit per square footage. Otherwise I would have bought 2 coupons to have it. He told me to just buy another one and he gave me the same price when I was ready to do more in the spring. They were great! I paid an additional $500 to get more done. He came on time and he was great. I think they were fine on their price. I have no complaints at all for what they were doing.

It was just great. I just like the job that they did. My interaction with the provider was very good.

They were punctual but initally arrived with nonworking equipment. They had their main cleaner machine repaired and picked it up just before coming to my house. They unloaded everything and set up my house to find that the motor didn't work. They rescheduled and did the job on the second visit. They were very nice and courteous but I am wondering if I really got a good deal. I paid another $300 for the tiled floor cleaning. Then they were off and running to next appt. I had to ask them to move some items back in place and complete the job. This was my first carpet and floor cleaning and I didn't know what to expect and so didn't know if everything he told me was true. Found out that can get tile floor cleaned for half the price but they were nice and easy to have in the house.Total cost was 449.

I prepaid and used one of Angie's coupons for a special deal of $167. I asked Bob to do some extra areas not covered with the special deal and he charged me an additional $129. Bob was very accommodating to work around my schedule that day. He and his assistant arrived at the arranged time, got right to work pretreating, cleaning, and finishing with a spray repellant on the stairs. They were very professional and finished in 2 hours. Bob left me with additional spot carpet cleaning solution.

They arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job.

Everything went very well. They were even able to remove a stain that I thought would never come out.

They did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. I had lots of pet stains from a sick cat and they spent the time necessary to remove them as best as possible. I believe I got exceptional value for the money spent.

Bob and Michael arrived promptly and with smiles on their faces! When Bob came in he once again reviewed the work to be done and asked if I had any questions and then explained the cleaning process. Then the work began. Both of these guys were professional, courteous, efficient, and on top of everything else - they did a FABULOUS job! There was a small spot in one of the bedrooms they cleaned that has been there for quite some time. I had made several attempts using different cleaning agents but could never get the stain out. Viola, they got it and then left me with a free bottle of stain remover for any future mistakes that may need to be cleaned up! I would highly recommend their services, will be referring friends and neighbors, and will be using them again in the future. Even my very shy and skittish rescue dog, Lulu, warmed up to Bob quickly and walked up to him for a petting session! Two thumbs and 4 paws up for Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning!!
