He did a great job! They were on time and got right to work. The rug looks great. When I mentioned we might be putting our home up for sale, Bob mentioned several things he could do that would help get our house ready for showings. We will definitely use this company again.

Bob called to say that they were done with their earlier appointment and asked if it would be alright if they came over earlier than scheduled. It was, so they did. They moved the table and other furniture out of the kitchen. Once they brought in their equipment, my 11 year old started asking questions. They were patient with him and seemed to enjoy the conversation as much as he did. He sat on the landing to watch them work. It was fascinating to watch my son sit still for that long. :-) Bob and Mike were very professional and courteous.

Superb customer service and excellent cleaning work. Deep-cleaned and recoated hardwood floors. We had just had an extensive renovation and the floors were in terrible shape. Kwik Dry brought them back from the dead. Will use them again in the future.

The only dislike that I had was that there were dusty hand prints on my walls, otherwise they did a great job. The interaction with them was pleasant and professional.

Can't say enough about their professionalism. Great work. Walked me through the process ahead of time and gave me a timeline regarding moving my furniture back into the room. Will use them in the future for duct, tile and carpet cleaning.

Called to tell me they were going to be about 10 minutes late. Very quickly and efficiently set up and did the job. The technicians were very friendly and explained clearly what could be done and what couldn't be done. Floors looked much, much better. I would use them again.

The service was fantastic, they were in and out in less than two hours. Our carpet had a few stains on it and the main purpose for getting it cleaned was because of pet odor problems. We had removed all of the furniture prior to their arrival and they did a great job. All of the cleanable stains came out, a few of the stains in the carpet could not be completely removed and we knew that prior to the cleaning. We would definitely call Kwik Dry again for service. Bob also spent some time with us and gave us some ideas on how to clean the grout on our marble tiled floors.

Arrived as scheduled and performed work professionally. Floor appearance is beautiful and just as promised.

The chair hadn't been cleaned since the 8 years we've had it other than vacuuming. They used a steam cleaner on the chair. It was very, very dirty and had one very unidentifiable stain. The chair looks great and the stain is 99.5% gone. The carpet had many stains from plants being over watered, traffic from kitchen to dining room and some unidentifiable food/spills around the table. We are very pleased with the results. Plant/planter stains disappeared, food/spills around table are 99% gone, and the traffic way from kitchen to dining room still exists but is much, much less noticeable than before. This carpet was a challenge and they did a fantastic job. Exceeded my expectations.

They came out cleaner than I ever imagined possible. I also didn't think that the finish would continue to look very good after a few weeks, but the floors are still shining as they did the day that they left.

There were a couple awkward moments. The two men who came to the house had an argument in my driveway while they were organizing their equipment, which was loud enough for me to hear it. Then, I had mentioned the possibility of scotchguarding my carpets on the telephone when scheduling my appointment, but hadn't decided whether or not to do it for sure. They applied the scotch guard without double-checking with me, so I didn't even know until they were telling me about the charges. It was fine, but I would have preferred to be asked since I hadn't decided for sure.

Great! Everything looks great. After a massive rehab project on the third floor game room (added a bathroom on the 3d floor, removed 1200 sqft of carpet, had the entire floor sanded and polyurethaned, painted all walls), the sofa, chair and ottoman were in desparate need of cleaning. I tried the rental method (rented a steam cleaner), but the results were iffy. These guys came in with long hoses and bettrer chemicals and really cleaned those pieces of furniture. I'm very happy with the process...and it went fairly quickly. I will also use this service provider to clean tile floors and grouit ion my kitchen and two other bathrooms in the house. A good deal + great service = I'm a happy customer!

Very efficient and concerned about doing a good job. Willing to move all large furniture. I did have to remind them to pick up furniture when moving on the wood floors instead of pushing it. Floors all looked great when they were done. They worked very hard.

a The workers arrived on time, carefully explained their process as to what to expect and what the outcome was expected to be. They worked swiftly, the pet stains came out as promised, and to our pleasant surprise, even the texture of the carpt was restored. For a nominal charge, they offered stain preventer which we chose to have them spray on the carpets as we still have a large Siberian Husky who has the run of the house. Overall, they performed above and beyond our expectations and we could'nt be more pleased with the results. Thank you Angie's List for the opportunity to find, use and enjoy this great offer. We would certainly rate the performance as an A+.

It was very good. They were very efficient, very polite, very fit, very clean and tidy and they did a very great job on the carpets. I paid more because of the staircases. It wasn’t included on the deal so we paid more for that. They certainly do a good job and they are good people to deal with. They were reasonable.

It turned out very well. I think I paid extra $60 for a Scotch Guard. They were very good in every respect. They were on time. They were courteous and everything. It was a very good experience. There is nothing wrong I can say about them, only praise.

These guys were awesome! We were only scheduled to have the carpets cleaned but I mentioned I wanted a quote for the couches and they said they would do it for me that day! Both guys were very flexible and accommodating to my little kids and dogs. They were polite and meticulous about doing a good job! Before they left they even gave me a bottle of spot cleaner in case the kids or dogs made a mess! I will use this company over and over, they were fantastic!!.

One spot appeared on our carpet that wasn’t there before they arrived. They asked me to try to remove it and said they would come by if it didn’t come out.
