We had a big event coming up at our house to get ready for. Bob and crew did a terrific job on cleaning our carpets, the wood floors and several area room rugs in our home. Our carpets in the entire upstairs were spotted and just overall worn but they got the carpets looking fresh and new again! The wood floors on the entire first floor were beyond filthy, and they were cleaned and shined along with the baseboards, they look beautiful again! Even the area rugs were cleaned and all the spots (including some pet spots) were removed. Bob was friendly and humorous. They explained things along the way and were very helpful. I would recommend them and plan to use them again, thanks!

I was very pleased with the service of Kwik Dry. We set a date he called to confirm date and time. On Tuesday he called 45 minutes before scheduled time to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. Arrived on time, very polite, clean and with all supplies needed to complete the job. Yes, I would use them again.

The floors and carpet look brand new. I am very pleased with the service.

Due to the crazy winter weather we've had in St. Louis, MO, Bob and I had to keep changing the date of the carpet cleaning. I learned that anytime it's below freezing, the hoses to the cleaning truck will freeze. Since Mother Nature kept the weather in the freezing stage and added multiple inches of snow to boot, the final cleaning date in February ended up working out great. Additionally, I had brought a new puppy into the house and wanted to wait until he was completely potty trained before having the carpets cleaned. The entry room carpet was absolutely filthy. Amazingly, Kwik Dry brought it back to its original beauty. The same applied to all the other carpeted areas in my 2-story house. Since I will be replacing the two upstair's bedroom carpets, I did not have them cleaned. Instead Don substituted the cleaning of two area rugs for those rooms at no extra charge. The entire house where there are carpets looks great. The work was done professionally and quickly. It only took a short time for the carpets to dry. Great work Kwik Dry!

Overall, a good job. There were some spots where ink soaked into the wood and they were not able to get it out. But other than that, it turn out nicely. More importantly, Bob Geise, the owner was extremely professional - great customer service.

!I honestly have to say that Bob and Mike were some of the nicest, most professional and courteous people I've EVER done business with....not just carpet cleaning business! I even tried to buy them lunch but they didn't want to be late for their next appointment. VERY impressive. They even left me a bottle of spot remover for future use....at no charge. I had a lot of extra area rugs for them to clean and they did them all for a minimal charge. I'll DEFINITELY use Kwik-Dry again!!!

Callled Bob and I got an appt within one week. He came to my house and was very punctual . He and his employee that came to do the job were very courteous and explained the plan for the floor in detail. When he left I was very pleased

It was a $179 coupon for hardwood deep cleaning and recoating. It went really well. No issues and no problem with it. I had a great experience with them. They did accept the coupon. There were no additional charges. They did tell me about some potential additional services that I could get and I opted not to but I appreciated about that at least. They were prompt. They were on time. They came as scheduled. I think they did a very thorough job. I would certainly use them again. They were here last year of 2013. I actually used the coupon shortly after I purchase it. It would probably be in June because I had company coming over in June and so I was able to secure the place with them frequently. I would definitely give them an “A”. I think they were certainly reasonable in their price. I love the work that they did. They came out quickly.

The service was good. They were very nice; they did what they said they would do. They cleaned it and it was fine.

Bob was responsive and helpful from the minute I purchased the Angie's list deal. He showed up early and they got my carpets looking like new in under an hour. Bob was professional and very personalable. It's clear he takes pride in his work! I hope to have him back to do my laminate floors.

The job went extremely well. The two guys sprayed a chemical on the floors, then used a high powered rotating machine to scrub the tiles and grout and vacuum the excess liquid. Then they went over the floors with a cloth, manually cleaning and wiping down each tile and the grout. The results were impressive! The tiles and the grout were demonstrably cleaner. And my floors are well cared for --maid service every week, Swiffer daily, tile grout sealer anually. My grout lines are beige but had become dark brown to gray (depending on location). They are all now back to their original color! I will definitely use this service every 3-4 years or as needed. I can't buy chemicals this strong and can't rent a machine like this.

Very professional job, would definitely use again. I was pleasantly surprised that the T staircase was included in the 1800 sq ft pricing and only had to pay an additional $18.00 to clean the entire house. There were no hidden extra charges. The carpets look great! I would definitely use again.

We bought the deal for the carpet cleaning, and we also wanted the vent cleaning so we asked if we need to purchase that deal in addition, but they said they would just give it to us. They showed up and both services took about 1.5-2 hours total. The whole time they were friendly and outgoing. I also asked if they could get up a paint stain we had in our carpet, and they said they'd try and if they couldn't get it out, they wouldn't charge us. They lightened the stain, but couldn't get it out completely. True to their word, they didn't charge us. The only minor issue we had was that they charged us extra for the second staircase, but when we originally asked it sounded like they wouldn't. Other than that, it went great.

Steps were done fairly well but carpet edges in rooms are still dirty.

Very responsive, called in advance. Came in, introduced himself and helper, told me what to expect, got to work. Did a fine job at a good price. I asked about air duct cleaning and he explained what he needed to do and quoted me a fair price. I will use him for that.

Contacted owner on Monday to schedule an appointment for the 27th. Owner called when in route and arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do and went around house to locate all the vents. Cleaned all vents and main furnace trunklines. Did an outstanding job and couldn't be more pleased. Have scheduled Kwik Dry to clean carpets in a couple of weeks. Highly recommend them.

They are on time, they did the work pretty well. I moved the most things from the area to be cleaned but they did pick up the couch and place it back, they are friendly, overall their work was quick. I did pay additional 70 dollars.

I would not use them again. Upon reviewing my house he wanted to charge me $900 for the service, I got him down to $700 and this was only for one floor. He cleaned the ceramic tile and hardwood, as well as a large rug in a bedroom.

This service was great. Response time was quick and easy to schedule. Also the ad said we had to move our own furniture, he was willing to help once he got here. We have lived in our house for 25 years and had not done anything to the floors. The floors turned out amazing.

I was VERY pleased with Bob and Kwik Dry Carpets. He was quick to respond to my emails and even answered my phone calls when I called after normal office hours. I felt like he went above and beyond normal customer service and even called me back after he did the job when I had questions about discoloration in the carpet (he explained earlier that it was due to the different traffic areas, but I forgot). I felt he was extremely patient with me and my 1001 questions and even worked around my cleaning lady's schedule when she came unexpectedly. I wish all companies offered the level of service I received with Kwik Dry Carpets.
