Turned out the service was for a limited number of square feet. Ad didn't mention this.

I cannot tell you how relieved we were to find Bob and Mike. These guys rock! We were moving into our house and wanted the carpets cleaned before the furniture came in, and 2 days before would have our carpets cleaned by another company. The other company showed up and went back on their quote, and ended up doubling it- when we questioned why they got very angry and started yelling at us. Needless the say, we didn't use them. So we called Kwik Dry, and they save our day! They got over to our house the day before move-in, with only 1/2 day notice and did a fantastic job. On top of coming on short notice, and doing a fantastic job, they left a bottle of spot remover free of charge. Bob is retired firefighter ad Mike is retired Army. These guys are trustworthy and honest. We felt totally comfortable leaving them alone in our house. We will for sure be calling them again for regular routine maintenance. Thanks, Kwik Dry! You saved our day, and our move-in!

All went well. Carpet spot treated and cleaned. The workman was informative and punctual. He was careful of our walls and newly refinished floors wearing booties and such. Happy withe entire process.

We gave clear instructions that the floors were to be cleaned and the rugs/ furniture moved. We were a little shocked to return and find all of our furniture on top of one of the beds, and the rugs were not moved, and the floor under the rugs had not been touched. It was a shoddy performance and effort. When calling the provider later that day, to try to get this remedied, it was loud on the phone and sounded like a bar. He said that he was not interested in coming back out or doing anything more than he had already done. Then he thought he hung up, but didn't, he proceeded to completely insult us to the people he was with, totally unprofessional.. I cant repeat what he said, but please do yourself a favor and run from this company.. His true colors are ugly.

Easy as could be. Bob called right away to schedule and gave us a quote based on the information we gave him. He did have to reschedule by one day as one of his tools broke. It happens. He showed up promptly the next day and went to work. We moved all of the furniture out of the way in preparation for his visit, but he'd said they'd do that if need be. Our grout was NASTY after years of kids and pets and parties. When he left it was white again. Looked fantastic. Great work. I will note that the process blew out a few chunks of grout around a handful of the tiles, but that's to be expected when your powercleaning. We didn't have him reseal the grout, so I assume eventually it will get messy again, but it looks incredible for now. :)

It went very well. This is the second time I have used Bob's company. The first was last fall for carpet cleaning, then most recently for Duct cleaning. Both he and his co-worker were very careful and efficient with the process. We recently remodeled our basement and I assumed he would put holes in the vents. Bob investigated the best place to access the ducts without having to drill unneeded holes. I really appreciated that as we had spent a lot of time painting the unfinished ceiling and ductwork! Very nice people to work with. He has a great sense of humor and you can't be in a bad mood around Bob.

The crew was very nice and easy to work with. We built the home and this was the first time we had the carpets cleaned in a year plus our tile in our kitchen and bathrooms had not been sealed yet which they did. Kwik Dry provided great service and value, I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful service. Bob is cheerful and very nice to talk to - but also very hard working. He cleaned both pieces very thoroughly. He was flexible on scheduling which I appreciate so much. The furniture looks brand new and smells great.

Bob and his son provided excellent service and communication to me during the scheduling and work process. I would highly recommend them, I was not sure if the polyurethane was going to work on my old, dirty, wood floors and they look amazing! I originally hired Bob in March to clean some furniture that had been in storage and when he was on the job at my house, I asked him about the wood floors. I was happy with both services, my furniture looks good and is clean and the floors look fantastic. This service alone has made me an Angie's List member forever!

He called and came early before my appointment, someone else had to cancel and did a great job. Got done in good time and everything smells and looks great. Still drying but was very efficient and very nice.

the provider did the work...missed a spot, came back the next morning and fixed it right away and did the whole job in a few hours .... they were friendly, competent and professional.....the carpet is even better than expected and the hardwoods are excellent....

Had a little trouble getting ahold of him, contacted Angie's list and finally got ahold of him. He did come and do the work, however i was a little dissapointed. Didn't think the furniture didn't get as cleaned as it could have been. He was very friendly and got here when he said he was gonna be here and was quick.

Michael was kind and courteous. Moved the furniture and put it back. Very professional. Carpet looks nice again.

Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning worked out fine. They were very cooperative. We had a little trouble scheduling but they worked out fine. They were pretty straight forward. We’ve got a really used kitchen floor and it’s very hard to clean. The guy told me straight out he can do it but I’m not going to be happy with it in two weeks which is the same with the other experiences I had with it. They also were doing the carpet and we needed some or our woods cleaned and they did it with the same price.

Kwik Dry cleaned our hardwood floors in the kitchen and in our hallway. They did an outstanding job. We had never used them before, but we found a coupon through Angie's list and decided to try their hardwood cleaning service. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again. I thought the guy was a little chummy and strange. Inappropriate jokes.

I was disappointed. At first I thought my expectations were too high. However, after bringing in another carpet company to stretch my carpets, I changed my mind. The other carpet company was able to remove most of the stains that Kwik Dry had no effect on. And they told me that my expectations were appropriate. In addition, the staff tried to sell me more services--polishing marble and deep cleaning tiles and grout. I wouldn't use them again.

Bob did an outstanding job! Our carpets look amazing! He was prompt, friendly, and very thorough with the cleaning process. This was the second time I have had our carpets cleaned, and I was impressed. Will definitely be using Kwik Dry again!

Bob and his two man crew were fantastic. We had a busy house when he was there. My wife's mom, dad and sister were visiting from out of town and brought their two small dogs along as well. We also had a second contractor on site doing work. Bob and his crew worked around the circus we had and never blinked. They hand cleaned and hand polished the small bath and entry way (which are marble flooring) and he used his equipment to clean the grout on a large bathroom on the second floor. They look brand new -- which did not seem possible considering the previous condition of the grout in all three areas. Bob and his guys were friendly, they really seemed to enjoy their work and really took pride in what they were doing. They took the time to teach us how to keep the flooring clean and left us with a bottle of stain remover (this was not part of the original deal). We will certainly use Bob and his crew again in the future, whether for duct work cleaning, carpet cleaning or hardwood flooring cleaning and re-sealing. This was a drastically reduced coupon from Angie's List, but the quality of the work was not drastically reduced and they have certainly earned future business from us. Great job guys, very much appreciate your efforts.

Bob called to confirm he was coming and arrived on time. They were efficient, did a good job and cheerfully answered questions. I recommend KWIK DRY and will use them again.

They were professional, courteous, and punctual. They did a great job--the floors look like new--especially the grout! I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Provider was on time, super friendly and professional; however the results were not as I expected. There is still a good bit of yellowing in the grout in the shower and dark coloring in the grout on the floor. They were on the job for 30 minutes, left us with a bottle of grout cleaner, and gave us some suggestions on how to try to get the yellowing out if we wish to do so. Overall, nice guys, punctual, and good price but could have put more effort and time into the job.

Everything was fine. I had them do most of the rooms and had added a few more things. I was satisfied.
