They were on time and explained the process well. I left them to do their work and came back to a clean carpet. They explained that some of the stains were not coming out, and they had applied an enzyme. The enzyme mostly did its work.

I was very pleased with the work done by Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning. Bob and Steve were punctual and arrived when stated. Bob was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. They worked very good as a team and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Their prices were fair and their work was awesome. My carpets were heavily stained and filthy. They now look FANTASTIC! I also had an upholstered ottoman cleaned which also turned out great. I would definitely recommend Kwik Dry to anyone who needs any kind of carpet or furniture cleaning done. Thanks Bob!

When I scheduled the carpet cleaning I was unaware that it was the same company I had previously taken advantage of a clean and shine from Angie's List. When I told Bob Giese, he was able to arrange his schedule to do both jobs the same day. When he looked at the rooms to be cleaned, he also suggested doing the kitchen, entry foyer, hall and powder room. I'm really glad I trusted his judgement. All the carpets were obviously clean, removing stains our teenagers (and we) had long forgotten. He even did a design in each room that was very impressive. The hard floors all shined like mirrors. They are more beautiful than they've ever been. Bob and Steve worked almost non-stop until the whole house was done. They were cheerful, professional and clearly took pride in their outcome. We would definitely recommend Kwik Dry and will use their service again.

Bob and his 2 crew members did an amazing job on the hard wood floors. The we're prompt, professional, courteous and kind. The floors looked amazing. They looked brand new. I wouldn't consider using anyone else to do my hard wood floors or my carpet.

They were punctual and very courteous. I would definitely use this company again. My floors and absolutely beautiful. You can definitely tell they been in the business for awhile, their attention to detail is very commendable. They even moved my large couch around the living room in order to do the whole floor.

These 2 gentlemen were very courteous and polite. When they saw they were in a traffic jam and would be running late for our appointment, they called to notify me, even though it would delay them a brief period of time. Upon arriving, they quickly got down to business, cleaning the flooring and countertop, explaining the process along the way. Every question I asked, was quickly answered. The worked quickly and did a nice job. Our marble flooring had some scratched in it, and Mike explained why those could not be eliminated, although it was nicely polished. He also informed me of all the different services their company offered, which was very informative, with no pressure to buy. The owner, Bob, even called me later in the day to make sure I understood why the scratches remained and to make sure I was satisfied. I was, and would use Kwik Dry again.

I wish I remembered the guys who were here because they were awesome. Very professions, great with my kids and dogs, cleaned 30+ vents and carpets in three areas. Would definitely use them again

I was very impressed with Kwik Dry. Bob the owner called me back very quickly and set up an appointment. The technician was there on a Saturday, on time and very thorough. Arrived as/when promised. Explained the procedures they would use including type of chemicals and machines. Went straight to work and finished quickly. Both carpet and furniture "sparkled" after they finished. Would use again and would recommend.

Bob and his team are great. Friendly, reasonably priced, efficient, and just good at what they do. My laminate floors were pretty disgusting, having not been deep cleaned in about 5 years. In about 3 hours they had them looking like new. They do all kinds of flooring work (carpet cleaning, grout, hardwood, etc), and I'm going to have them come back to do my carpets and the grout in my kitchen. They do good work.

Bob and Mike were terrific and did an excellent job. I have had this couch cleaned before and this was done much better. Would highly recommend as I will probably have them come out and now do my floors.

It was very good and this was the second time that I've used them. I liked that. The guys who came out one of them was the owner and he was able to negotiate deals like that. The work was great. My interactions with them was good and they were very nice. I spent an extra $30 plus the deal amount and they came out the very next week after I purchased the deal.

Bob, the owner, was great! He was very professional and did a fantastic job. I had some pretty bad stains on my carpets and was on the verge of replacing them, but figured I'd try and have them cleaned first. I'm glad I did because they look great, and now I don't have to replace them. Bob's communication was great, and he was able to squeeze me in right away when I contacted him to say I had to have them done within the next two weeks due to renters just signing a lease. I am very pleased with the work Kwik Dry did and was very satisfied with the communication and eagerness to please the customer. I plan to use Kwik Dry in the future for all my carpet and floor cleaning needs.
