Very professional. Carpets look great! Will absolutely call the next time we need carpet cleaning.

Overall, it went OK. I wasn't thrilled when they cleaned and emptied their filter into the ditch in my yard. Other than that, I was happy with the end result of the cleaning, it looks nice.

It went well. They were fantastic! They came in and were in & out quickly. We upgraded in our family room and the hallways. We also had them Scotchguard downstairs where the kids are. I wasn't at home but I believe they sent 2 techs to clean a little less than 2,000 sq. ft.

I would definitely hire this company again. The owner, Bob was very pleasant and easy to schedule with. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions prior to the date of service. The employee who came to clean was prompt, efficient and effective. He was knowledgeable on the different services available and made suggestions for the tough stains on our carpet. He was very nice and performed a great service in a timely manner.

That turned out okay. There were some areas that did not get as clean as I would have hoped. Two cleaners came out and they stayed for about an hour to clean the carpets in 5 rooms. They also did a set of stairs and 2 hallways. They also treated the carpet for future stains on the hallways, family room and the steps.

Scheduling was awesome. They were terrific. This was my second time using their service through a big deal.

We have three high quality area rugs and two runners, all which have seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. While we kept them vacuumed, they were getting pretty dingy. We looked up providers on Angie's List and chose Kwik Dry because they were somewhat nearby and highly rated. We were not disappointed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and did a very good job. The rugs are the brightest we've seen them in a while.

Bob was super professional, informative, and friendly. Also prompt and respectful of time. My floors looked cleaner and the gloss coats brought some life back to them. I'd recommend Bob and this process to anyone with hardwood floors. Especially those like mine that can't be stripped and stained anymore.

Bob and Steven came to my home and steam cleaned and scrubbed the ground dirt from the kitchen floor. It looks brand new - the grout was a disgusting brown and now it is white. I had no idea what the floor actually looked until they cleaned it! I would definitely use Bob and Kwik Dry again - they were courteous, clean, tidy and professional. Great job!

I contacted Kwik Dry after purchasing a deal through Angie's List for $99 for $200-worth of rug cleaning. Bob Giese was friendly and professional and did a great job on the rugs. The $99 deal was applied and I paid extra to have an additional rug cleaned and for the optional Scotch Guard treatment. Well-worth it. Highly recommend.

The carpets look new. They were on time, very professional and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone. They also clean furniture upholstery and I already have an appointment to have that done. Thanks to Angie's List for letting me find that company.

The company was great! They responded to our inquiry quickly, were extremely flexible with their schedule (they came out on a Sunday morning), were very friendly and they did a wonderful job on the carpets. They even managed to get a large hot chocolate stain out of our off-white carpeting! This is the second time that I have used this company and would use them again in the future.

I was not expecting much because of the age of the spots and the fact that I'd had other carpet cleaners work down there with not great results. They were friendly, worked hard, did their job and left. I had a big deal and will definitely call them in the future.

My wife's grandmother had just had a massive stroke and we were feverishly packing to head out of town. He was cleaning while we were packing. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and was sensitive to our urgent departure. There were no high pressure upsells or anything like that. He just came in and got the job done. We had a family member stay with him and lock up behind him. We would call him again.

I had contracted through Angie's List since it was a special--I have never used this company before. I was very pleased with Bob and his two helpers. They were very professional and courteous. I will refer them to others and will use them next time my carpets need cleaning.

They were very professional and did a great job. They ran late, but they called, so that was fine.

We have a very large area of light 18" tile and grout through the kitchen, breakfast room, laundry & bath. The house is 10 years old and the grout was darkened in the high traffic areas. Bob & his assistant arrived on time as promised, were very nice and professional. I was comfortable leaving them to complete the job and to call me when they were done. They came prepared to do the job that day & finished right on time. The tile and grout look brand new. I am very pleased with the experience and will gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Very trustworthy and honest.

I was impressed. Arrived on time, friendly, got to work. These were the original wall to wall carpets in the house. The house was empty as we were moving out and selling the house. The new buyers wanted to get by with the existing carpets if they could so I took advantage of an Angies' list special from Kwik Dry Carpet. Kwik Dry did a very nice job making these old carpets look acceptable. They did a pre-treatment on all of the carpet, cleaned them thoroughly and then did some spot treatments on residual stains which I had not expected them to get out. They did a very nice job.

I was so impressed with everything about this company. They did an amazing job at an amazing price. I will definately use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. The carpet cleaner I previously used retired and I was afraid that I would not be able to find someone as good as he was. It took a while, a bad job by another company and an unsuccessful attempt at doing it myself, before I found Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List. We have 15 year old light colored Berber carpet downstairs and after Kwik Dry was done, it looked like new!

The guys were great. Bob is a very nice, outgoing guy who was very helpful beyond simply completing the tasks I hired him for. They gave me a few tips about my HVAC system, showed me where my drier vent is, and did a fabulous job with both the ducts and the carpets. I have a small dog who made some big stain problems on the carpets and they were able to remove most of the stains and the carpets look better than when I bought the place. They also gave me some tips on cleaning spots in the future. I think it was a very worthwhile investment because my allergies have calmed down a bit (the ducts were probably pretty bad) and they made sure the job was done right. To boot, they both played with my dog and in return did not get barked at for the duration of their stay (which is how my dog usually protects me from people working on my home). I would definitely hire Kwik Dry again in the future.

They arrived early and were very professional. They did an great job and explained every thing they were doing. We did the whole house for carpets and also booked a hardwood floor cleaning. These guys are awesome.
