They were phenomenal and I am going to contact them again to clean my grout. He was very informative. They sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done quickly. The cleaner knew his stuff and he was full of information and I really appreciated the extra time he took to talk to me about things. He was very well-informed about his business.

It went well. It was exactly what we were expecting.

The deep cleaning pulled out a lot of dirt from the wood floors. Two coats, three in some areas, of polyurethane brought out the beauty of the hardwood floors, and the floors shine and look great. All was done in about 3 hours, the floors fully dried in about 2 hours. Now with the wood floors protected, they should be real easy to keep clean and looking great for years. Thanks for the great job!

Great job at a great price! Kwik Dry scheduled a time and date right away and showed up on time on the day of the appointment. They were very courteous and professional. They cleaned two rooms on our main floor, stairs down to the basement and the basement carpet. The carpets were dirty but looked great when complete. They also cleaned a couch for us after I asked about upholstery cleaning. The couch looks great and we are very happy with the service. One of our neighbors looked at the work completed and was very impressed - we passed along Kwik Dry's info to him. It is nice to see a company that really puts pride into their work! Great job - we will definitely use again!

The service was we done. The finish was applied by hand and my floors shine like I've never seen before. I wished I'd done this years ago. I would highly recommend them.

The work was beautiful. They cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and stairway. I paid additional to add scotch guard services. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They did a great job.

Bob Giese, owner, called me as scheduled by Angie's List. We had a date set but due to Bob's vehicle being T-boned and a death in my family we rescheduled for a couple weeks later. Bob and Steve came right on time to start cleaning my upholstered sofa and chair. Bob explained what he was doing and took his time to thoroughly clean the furniture. He pretreated and steam cleaned it. I paid an extra $65 for a Scotch Guard treatment. Bob and Steve moved the furniture back into the position where they had found it, standing the cushions on end on the sofa and chair to allow the air to help them dry. After a few hours I turned the pillows over to allow the other ends to air dry. We allowed a few more hours to dry than what he said just to be sure it was all dry. Now it's put back together and definitely looks fresher. Bob was very pleasant to deal with.

Bob and his assistant came out and did a great job of cleaning my carpets. They did such a good job on the carpets I had them come back a few weeks later to clean and polish my hardwood flooring. The wood flooring was well worn, but after they were done, it shined almost new again. Beyond that, they were prompt, professional, and personable - even my chihuahua liked them.

The add states this deal is valid for rooms, hallways and stairs. When I called to schedule an appointment, he informed me it’ll be an extra charge for an extra flight of stair. The extra charge was not described in the deal. I did not accept service from this provider because they would not honor the deal.

Everything was done as expected and I was happy with the service provided. Great job.

Bought the big deal for $167.00 to clean the carpets of our house. The owner, Bob, was unbelievable to work with. He was prompt and courteous and made sure everything was taken care of. Bob called the day the service was to be performed and asked if we could do it earlier. Unfortunately we couldn't but he made sure he was there when we needed the service performed. The carpets look great and we will definitely use them again. Thanks Bob!

Arrived on time, both men very professional and friendly. They cleaned four bedrooms and stairway. Good job, even on problem spots. They took less time than I would have thought. I would recommend these folks and plan to use them again.

He did a great job managing the carpet cleaning of the new house while we were moving out of the old one! Bob's communication was excellent and the carpets looked a LOT better after he left!

I should have looked for a deal or at least got a quote before they showed up. They cleaned two upholstered chairs and 4 area rugs. One was an 8x10 rug, another was a 8x6 rug and two were just small decorative rugs under coffee tables. The large rug had some pet stains and odors and I paid extra to have it sanitized and deodorized. I didn't really look at the rugs until a couple days later and I noticed some rust stains on the large rug and I also noticed the odor was not gone. I contacted the owner of the company and asked him if he could correct the situation, but he said there are no guarantees with carpet cleaning and I may have to replace the padding or the rug itself if the odor won't go away. He also said the rust stains were from the padding and not his equipment. This is an area rug, not wall-to-wall carpeting and there is NO padding underneath it except for the rubber grip liner. Those stains were not there before and he refused to even come out to see it. When you pay extra for services, you expect that you'll get your monies worth. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Michael from Kwik Dry arrived promptly at 9am on the scheduled day. He explained the procedure that Kwik Dry uses to clean carpets. It had been two years since the carpets had been cleaned so there was a lot of residue build-up. After Michael was finished, the carpets looked practically new. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of performing his job. I plan to have my marble and tile cleaned by this company down the road.

My floors look great. I was amazed at the amount of dirt they removed from the hardwood floors. Two coats of poly-urethane on top of clean hardwood floors makes them look beautiful.

Initially I was concerned if they were going to show up since I didn't get a confirmation after my initial appointment. No fault of their's as I have been stood up by contractors before. I wasn't really sure what to expect but the worker came on in and went to work. He was friendly, professional and the whole process took about an hour. I will surely be using them again in the future.

Punctual. Professional but friendly. Identified by logo on truck, work shirts, and business card. Verbally introduced themselves. Two workers, owner and employee. Explained what the cleaning process involves. Worked quickly but thoroughly. Offered additional service of scotchguarding my carpet for $99. I requested that they do this additional work. I have a large house but they were finished in 2 hours. My carpets look great and I am totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this service provider. Check them out. In addition to carpet cleaning, they offer a variety of other cleaning services.

This is the third time I have used KWIK; once for grout in kitchen and twice for carpet. They are very professional and did one of the best jobs I have ever had on the carpet.
