Bob called me and set up a time to do my carpets, and on very short notice. He was professional and friendly on the phone. They showed up today, completed the cleaning and the house looks AWESOME. There is no question I'll use them in the future. GREAT JOB!

Very good. I bought deal on Angies and was contacting Kwik to see if they can squeeze me in before we move to our next in 4 days. They were booked, but Bob said he will try. I sent him a reminder couple days later and juggled his jobs that day and came straight to my place. I was very imperssed with the professionalism and accomodation he showed. I was worried that big deal offers may mean lower quality, but I was wrong. They buy was very courteous, showed up on time, explained in details - did the whole house cleaning very patiently and would take time to show me any sign of spot of carpet that I missed. Even put spot clearner later on a couple tough ones (but all other stains were gone). Any company that can acommodate customers and that too with keeping high quality standards deserves a 5 star. I would hire them again.

Bob went about his business and did a good job. He vacuumed under and around the chairs and couches but didn't clean under or behind them as he said it would be wet. He worked alone. He also provided advice on how to keep the carpet clean longer. The carpet was dry the next day. All in all he was pleasant and did a good job. It took about 1-1/2 hours.

The carpets, which had not been cleaned in years, now look wonderful. As predicted, it took them about six to eight hours to dry out. I am sensitive to odors and detected a slight odor but nothing obnoxious or allergy-inducing. No odor remains now.

Pleasant and satisfying experience from my first phone call with Bob, the owner, through completion of the job. Bob and co-worker Mike were very pleasant and professional. Bob explained what the job would entail and finished in a timely manner. Bob was very honest about what I could expect from the work on my 50 year old scuffed wood floors, but they look beautiful!

It was a great experience. I was able to make the appointment for the day that was convenient for me. He showed up on time, told me what he would do and then got started. He came to me twice to show me concerns and then again when he was finished. We talked a little while he was here... he was very personable and professional. He cleaned up quickly and left when finished. The sofa and loveseat look great. I would definitely use this company again.

Price on Angie's list was 167.00 for 1800 sq ft and we paid $40.00 extra for the scotch guard.. He did our stairs, a hall way and our living and dining area... We was excited about the outcome as we had some questionable areas that we wasn't sure if they would come up, we couldn't have been more pleased

Perfect very professional and focused on delivering high quality service

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. They were responsive and scheduling an appointment was easy. They were punctual and worked hard. They were knowledgeable. We had more square footage than the deal included and therefore the final cost was almost double. Overall, however we really did not appreciate much of a difference in the floor's appearance after the cleaning and would not do it again.

Everything was very good. Quick response to scheduling and they accommodated me by coming on a Saturday. The gentleman explained what he was going to do and I'm very pleased with the results. My daughter had cats in the basement and it was pretty bad. After he was finished it looked like new carpet. Honestly, we were looking into replacing the carpet because we didn't think anyone could get out all the stains. We were pleasantly surprised.

I didn't pay anything because they were not knowledgeable about the marble. They didn't take it back with them to clean or do the job at my house. They weren't adequately prepared to clean the marble. They said they would probably need a machine to do it, and they didn't have the machine with them. However, at the time I made the appointment, I told them thoroughly what the job would entail. Also, the way they handled the marble made me a little nervous.

Bob and his crew are fantastic. They work hard, they enjoy their work, they take great pride in what they do and take the time to take care of the homes they work in. They have become the only company we will use to clean our carpets and hard surfaces in our historic St. Louis home.

The gentleman that came, called before he arrived and was courteous, efficient and very professional. He did a great job and the rug looks almost like new. I was surprised how the stains came out for him (when they wouldn't come out in all the times I tried).

I could not have asked for better service!. I was moving from this location and needed to have the carpets cleaned - and some spots removed. They did a terrific job! It took under two hours and the house looked great. In fact, it STILL looks awesome! I stopped by the other day to check on the unit and the carpets still look good, the stains have not reappeared and the place smells great! Thanks Bob for a job well done!

It was a miserable rainy day but when he left my carpets were spotless and refreshed. I have used this company before and they have always been polite and professional. They usually go above and beyond to satisfy my needs.

Michael called me and apologized that traffic caused him to be delayed. He arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled. This delay did not cause any inconvenience. I had moved 90 percent of the furniture from the rooms, but I wanted to know if the remaining three pieces of furniture would be an obstacle to the cleaning process. Michael explained how he intended to clean the rooms and would carefully avoid the furniture. He also lifted the drapery panels so they would be out of the way. He proceeded to get the equipment from his truck and hook up the hose. I appreciated that Michael respected the landscaping in the front of my house and ran the hose around it. He pretreated my carpet and then used his wand to absorb the fluids. Michael was friendly, respectful, efficient and professional. He knew his job and how to accomplish the task. The whole job was completed within an hour. I am very satisfied with Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning and would use their services again. I would also recommend their services to family, friends and neighbors.

Deep cleaned hardwood floors in dining room, living room, and foyer. Then put a coat of polyurethane on the floors. |Floors look great!
