It wasn't great but it was okay. They just came in using their own equipment. I think they have very good equipment. The owner did a good job in the basement but when it comes to the upper floor, I think the technician was kind of lacking and he's not quite as careful as the owner. I told them to repeat all that I found that still have the stains but I couldn't stay there all the moment to remind them to repeat all of it that still have stains.

We were happy with Kwik Dry carpet cleaning. We purchased the Angie?s List coupon for $149 to clean all carpets throughout the house and it did include one set of stairs. The technician showed up a 1/2 hour late but he gave us a courtsey call to let us know exactly what time he would arrive. He explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take to dry. We have two dogs and I was concerned about them around the chemicals, but he assured me that the chemicals they use would not propose a problem with my animals. I would certainly use their services again and highly recommend Kwik Dry to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Our carpet really needed deep cleaning and Bob and his Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning crew (Michael and Steven) were absolutely professional. Service was originally set-up for 12/18 but there was snow in the forecast, so Bob called and moved it up a day. The crew arrived at the expected time and thoroughly explained what they would do, particularly since our carpet is rather on its last leg. They then went to work and worked quickly and professionally. We were a late-in-the-day appointment and the next morning I thought maybe they'd missed a couple of spots because of fading light so I called Bob. Michael and Steven were at our house by 10:15 to remedy the situation. As I said, our carpet is old and the fellows were careful to reiterate that some of the discoloration I was seeing was due to the carpet's age. But they went ahead and cleaned that area again, plus the adjacent areas!, and, seriously, our carpet now looks 100% better than it has a right to look. I highly recommend Kwik Dry. These guys are fabulous!

I had 3 bedrooms and a living room ,hall and a set of steps done. I did have some bad spots but I called Bob when the spots reappeared and they came out again and re-cleaned the areas. They were very nice and kept asking if I was satisfied the carpets look very nice now. I liked the fact that the carpets did not stay wet all day they dried very fast. I would use them again.

Bob and Michael did a great job at our home. The carpet looked beautiful As did the marble floors. Bob was so nice and professional. They definitely went above and beyond.

I purchased the whole house cleaning for $149.00. It included one set of stairs. I paid an addl $50.00 for a second set of stairs, $99.00 for scotch guard and additional for some set in stains. Overall I was happy. There were some stains he was unable to get out. The owner came by himself and was able to get all of the carpets cleaned in a little over two hours. He was very friendly and courteous . The cleaned carpets had a pleasant minty smell and dried completely within approximately 3 hours or so.

I would say it went very well. They came out when we scheduled. They charged us an additional of around $50 for the stairs. They were very professional with no issues. They did a pretty good job.

The only thing that I was surprised at was that the ad stated "unlimited" area. There was an additional charge for an additional set of stairs. This doubled the price that I paid. My wife stated that the worker was very nice and did a very good job. She would definitely use Kwik Dry again.

They were able to get most of the mysterious, hardened green nightmare out, which was amazing. They also got out several other small, random stains, plus some nail polish. I felt they were very thorough and professional. He let me know about other services their company provides. I was charged an additional $40 for the spots. I thought that that was maybe a little high, since that is what carpet cleaning entails, but, they really transformed my carpet, soooooo, I guess $207 was fair. They were here under 2 hours. I will definitely use them again.

The service provider was prompt, polite and professional. My floors looked great after the cleaning, but started to show every footprint. The provider came back and removed the high gloss finish, but the floors still don't look great. The provider stated that he has never had a problem like this before, and he did everything he could to remedy the problem.

The provider called, set up time, although we are a bit far away, showed up on time, stayed in contact, and did a nice job. He provided the kind of service you hope for.

It was a great job and a great experience! The technician explained everything he was doing, how long it would take and let me see the dirt and grime that he got up off the floors. (I thought I had done a good job of keeping my floors clean, but was surprised at how much dirt he got up with his machine!) The floors looked 100% better after Kwik Dry was finished. There are still bad spots and mars in the wood -- this was not a refinishing/sanding service. But it got all the dirt up out of the space between the wood boards, filled in much of the gaps and uneven spots in the wood and left the floors shiny and clean. And much easier to keep clean with my own simple tools -- a Swifter and a vacuum. In fact, the technician instructed me on what to use to keep the floors clean and preserved -- a drop of Dawn detergent in a bucket of water and a microfiber pad on a Swifter mop. So easy! I highly recommend this vendor!

All in all, for the price, it was a fairly through job and I would recomment this provider.It went much quicker that I expected. About the only thing I wasn't expecting was an additional cost for my second staircase. I was told it wasn't included though that was not indicated in the promotional information. I expected "unlimited" to mean all carpet. I didn't have the second stairway cleaned.

Service was great. This an honest hard working company. They did a very nice job making our carpets and tile floor look new again.

I called and spoke with Bob several weeks ago while I was planning some restoration of a bedroom in my house. Bob was very friendly and thorough about explaining his process and pricing. We set a date for him to come out on Friday 12/5 at 9:15am. Bob called beforehand and arrived on time. He looked at the condition of the bedroom floor and promised I would be very satisfied with the result of his work. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was a pleasure to work with and I am very satisfied with the results. I know he went above and beyond to remove some old stains and carpet tape. The floor looks great and after a couple of hours was ready for me to walk on. I will most definitely use Kwik Dry again. Bob said he can help with cleaning carpets, hardwoods, tile etc. Highly recommend!

There were no additional charges. They were prompt. They called and he was going to be early. I thought that was great. The gentleman was very courteuos. He did a really good job. He explained what he's going to be doing. He confirmed it. He communicated. He did a really good job of cleaning. I thought it was very well done. I would use him again.

The company was on time, very efficient and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody.

They did a great job and the floors look so much better. They even moved the washer/dryer and did under there - really bad area. Tile looks like new again, white tile with light grey grout. We had areas that were significantly worse than others (in front of kitchen sink, under washer) and those look as good as the other areas now.

They were wonderful! They were punctual! They were timely; they called ahead. They did an outstanding job! They even included some bonus services while they were here. The result of their work was outstanding.
