Kwik Dry Carpet Care, LLC

I hate to say this, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. Initial issues returning messages, but did respond after 2nd message and set appointment up quickly. Tech called to say coming early but then apparently set outside home for 45 minutes before coming in. I was not there to inspect work but was made aware by someone else that my trim work was damaged during cleaning. I was first told it was due to new paint which was not possible, then told it was not painted right. After more than 5 calls during my work it was agreed upon a $75 discount as Bob (owner) said they would rather give discount than make paint repair. Later I received more than 10 calls and texts questioning my integrity and calling me a user because I told them to live up to the $75 discount they agreed on. It was the most unprofessional and pathetic exchange with a business owner I can remember. Finally, the cleaning was poor. I was expecting more, but could understand if they could only get the marble so good but they left my vent covers off, failed to clean my shower outside trim which they said they did, and didn't clean under both my vanities. They may very well do great work, but this was just a bad experience for me and I will never use them again. Overall, this was an F- experience, made so largely due to the owner and his almost obsessive issue with calling me to arguing to reduce his discount and referring to the bible and his Lord. Yes, it got that weird.

I had used stanley steamer before but was not happy with the results. Kwik Dry process was excellent. I had so many stains in my carpet that I wanted to rip it out. They got every stain out! I was very pleased with Michael and Justin who did the cleaning. Michael talked to me a lot about dogs and their behaviors. They were very professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I love my carpets again.

They did a great job. I tried cleaning the carpets myself by renting a machine. Even after twice with a rug doctor, the water out of their truck was black and I was their first job today. All the stains are gone. the carpet looks almost new. Next time I'll skip the rental and just call in the pros.

Second time using Kwik Dry. Servicemen called before arriving. Arrived as scheduled and cleaned and recoated bedroom and hallway wood floors. Floors look great! The two man crew was very professional. Will use again when needed. Great price.

Owner was responsive and professional. Crew was prompt and courteous. Truck and equipment seemed well maintained. They moved very quickly across the carpets while attempting to sell additional services. They were polite about the selling without annoying pressure. I liked everything about them except their ability to clean carpet. When they left, I put towels on the stairs. When I put my foot on the towel, grey water saturated the towel immediately. I tried other spots with the same effect. The carpet was very wet with very dirty water. It was late in the day, so I did not call them. I set box fans and a dehumidifier to dry it as quickly as possible. Within a couple of weeks I decided to replace the carpet due to the smell. I liked these guys and wanted to give a good review but can't. I selected them for their quick-dry assurance and it was the one area they failed badly. To be fair to them, I must point out that I did not call and give them a chance to resolve the problem. In my opinion, carpet cleaning is not high art or rocket science. They failed at the most basic component of the business while focusing on the periphery, so I cut my losses and moved on.

Kwik Dry personnel were great! I needed to delay project related to my health. When I was ready to go service was scheduled and completed with no issues. Floors look marvelous!

Great. I took the runner to them because it was not the same time as the sofa and it saved me a few bucks to take it to them. (I live close) Sofa and runner were both cleaned nicely.

Work was done very fast. I'm very happy with the results.

Have used many times always does great job

They did a good job on the furniture; I have no complaints there. But yesterday, when I went to water new plantings in 97 degree heat, I discovered that they destroyed my garden hose and didn't tell me. I forgot to take off the spray nozzle last fall; evidently, they had trouble getting it off - so they simply cut it off, without consulting me. What makes it inexcusable is that there was another perfectly good hose curled up right underneath it. (I have serious health problems that make it hard for me to use the heavy hose.) All they had to do was detach the new one and use the old one. This is really unprofessional.

Great. He arrived when promised, was quick and thorough, There was no hard sell on extras although we took his suggestion to add scotch guard for $30 more. Probably a good choice. This was an Angie's List special for $149.

The techs were very courteous and knowledgeable. My furniture that was cleaned looks brand new. I would definitely use them again.

Cleaning was good but hard to say "quick-dry". By morning after all was good and we were pleased.

They guys did a good job and kept me informed of what they were finding and what was taking place. My only disappointment was the fine layer of dust all over the house when the job was completed. Guess I should have expected this but I didn't.

Carpet was cleaned and they were punctual. However, upon arrival the carpet tech informed me right away that he was not going to move any furniture and that he did not have any plastic protectors to put under the legs of furniture such tables, chairs, sofa, etc. He stated that this was their new policy. Had I been told this when I initially set my appointment I would not have hired this company. Also, I was given one price on the phone and when the service man stated that he was supposed to charge more for the stairs. He spent a great deal of time talking to the owner about this. My experience with this company was not good.

I would use their services again. We were able to agree on a reasonable cost right away - no games or long negotiation which I appreciated as another company had come in with a bid that was super high. They eventually came down near the price offered by Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning but did not lower their price until after I had already found Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning. I decided to hire Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning since they offered a reasonable price right away. Their staff arrived promptly at the appointed time. They cleaned the carpets in a home I rented that I was responsible for the carpet cleaning at the end of the lease. They were able to remove all of the carpet stains. They were courteous and they even helped me move the garbage and recycle cans to the curb. We had the bins filled and they were heavy for me to roll out to the curb. They were proactive asking me if I needed any help. I really appreciated that. When I first went to Angies list to find a carpet cleaning service, I noticed their A rating and their large number of customers. I had tried another company too - that all the coupons I found for them online they would not accept. SoiIf you are looking for a carpet cleaning service, don't waste your time on the others - just go to Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning. I would use them again. Hassle free, prompt courteous service and they provide a great job at a reasonable price.

Bob was great. I had purchased this for my grandmother, and the day he was scheduled to clean the carpets, the condo was flooded from an upstairs water issue. The carpets were replaced by the HOA, so the cleaning was put on hold. Bob was very flexible with the dates. I couldn’t aske for a better experience.

Great customer service and excellent results post cleaning! I'll definitely use them again!

This is probably the 8th or 9th time I've hired Kwik Dry to clean our carpets. They're amazing fast (I always block out the entire day and they always surprise me by finished in just a couple hours), they're very thorough and extremely reasonable. I've used other carpet cleaners throughout the years, but one I found Kwik Dry, I've never used anyone else!

I wasn't too pleased about the work, because there are some works that hasn't been done and they don't want to give extra time to do the other jobs.
