Scheduling an appointment with Bob was very easy. The Appointment was in the time frame that I wanted. He explained what the best service would be for the coupon that I used. He told me that Steve would be coming do the work. Steve called to let me know that he was on his way. He did an excellent job and he especially listened to all of the concerns that I had. He even cleaned my foyer rug for free. The carpets look great! I would deficnitely use them again.

Very Well. Bob was very friendly. He got right to work with an assistant. The job took about 3 and a half hours. They did all of our hardwood floors and even coated our bannisters. We were happy with the results. The coating covered all the superficial scratches. It looks great.

Arrived on time, did the cleaning and left with everything neat. Good job.

They were on time and very professional. They did an outstanding job. I had a stain in the lower level carpeting and they got it completely out when I didn't think it was even possible.

He also called with an offer to clean my carpets one day early but I could not do it because of a commitment. I also appreciated the way they took care of my hardwood floors, making certain to leave them spotless as they were when they arrived. This company pays attention to detail.

The service was good. Bob was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. He gave adequate instructions on how to prepare before he came in and the carpet looked great after he was done.

It was fine as far as the cleaning. He was very nice. He gave me some advice on how to take care of the spot. My only complaint was that he said it was safe for children and pets and then about three days after he came out, my dog got pretty sick. That was not really his fault except I was told it was supposed to be safe for pets. I do not know if that was what made my dog sick but I am very suspicious that it is and my dog has an odd habit of licking the carpet and I do not really blame the people who cleaned the carpet. My dog is fine now but he was sick for about a week. I could not pin it on any other things that might have happened. It just seemed like a pretty big coincidence that it happened right after that. There was no problem scheduling for him to come out. There was an additional cost ($15 to $20) for a certain area that was badly spotted. The guy was very pleasant and very accommodating. He was quick and neat. I had no issues with the service.

They were on time and here as scheduled. They were very professional and got right to work. They did a pretty good job. I think they might have missed a spot in one of my rooms, otherwise they did pretty good. I would consider using their services in the future.

We bought the service to clean the entry hall tile in a condo we recently purchased. By the time we were ready to have the tile cleaned we realized we wanted all new tile and it was not worth cleaning and keeping. Even thought we did not use their service, they were very helpful and understanding as to why we were not using them at this time and we were able to use the purchase price as a credit on electrical service through Angie's List.

Bought a deal for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning for $167.00 The were able to schedule a Sunday appointment, which was welcome given our schedule that week. They arrived on time, were courteous, cleaned the areas quickly and were on their way. The level of cleaning was good, considering the age of our carpets.

Bob and his crew were quick and on time! I would recommend them. Plus, it was a special on Angie's List!

fron the very beginning he was very professional. He returned my calls very quickly and answered any questions. Was aready very booked but squeezed me in asap. Was greatly appreciated. The day of the appointment he called to confirm the time and arrived when he said he would. Again upon arrival explained the services to be performed and some difficulties that my house had with several wall vents but did a great job!!! Cleaned up after themselves!! All in all they made the process run very smooth!!

They arrived ahead of schedule (they called to seek authorization ahead of time. They quickly got to work. We have three floors with carpet. They worked really hard and did a great job of addressing a few problem areas. They were very professional. Carpets and furniture look very clean. Great Job!

I didn’t have any dislikes whatsoever. They were prompt and they did a good job.

Bob Giese, the owner of KWIK DRY, spoke with me several times (phone tag due to his busy work schedule and my being a school teacher being pretty unreachacle during regular worktime hours). We finally connected, set up an appointment (he was completely flexible in accommodating my weird school schedule). His cleaning technician Steve showed up on schedule, got right to work, answered the few questions I had, finished in just over an hour, cleaned up, provided contact information if there was any problem later, and left. He did a REMARKABLE job. The couch and the chair are clean and beautiful again. I had mentioned to Bob on the phone (when scheduling the appointment) that I had a single dining room chair (cream-colored seat-pad upholstery only) with a bit of a stain of some sort that had bothered me, and I asked how much extra that might run. Bob said it didn't sound that involved and that he would make a notation to his technician to look it over when he came for his cleaning appointment. He apparently passed this information on to Steve, because when Steve finished his job, he said that Bob had mentioned another chair that he wanted looked at. Steve checked out the dining room chair, treated the stain, made guesses and suggestions as to what might have caused it, and left me a small bottle of cleaner/stain remover for me to do touch-ups as might be needed in the future for the fabric. This was all done at no additional charge ( which I had offered when he checked out the dining chair). The job was completed as promised.....thoroughly, courteously, professionally, in a very short period of time.....and MORE. I was MOST impressed. Mr. Giese and Steve now have another very satisfied and happy customer. They will be my first call the next time I need such services. A sincere "Thank You" to Mr Giese and Steve for a job beautifully done!

It wasn't great but it was okay. They just came in using their own equipment. I think they have very good equipment. The owner did a good job in the basement but when it comes to the upper floor, I think the technician was kind of lacking and he's not quite as careful as the owner. I told them to repeat all that I found that still have the stains but I couldn't stay there all the moment to remind them to repeat all of it that still have stains.
