Prompt and did a great job, the grout looks great.

They were on time and very quick. The carpets were very dirty so I didn't have great expectations. They were able to do a good job with what they had to work with. I have animals so you can imaging. They returned the carpets and did a good job.

Provider was a few minutes early - a plus in my book! He was very polite and got right to work. We had cleared all of the living room furniture prior to his arrival. He deep cleaned the hardwood without the messy sand. The floors looked ten times better after the cleaning alone. Once he recoated the floors, he was quickly picked up and on to his next job. We left for the Thanksgiving weekend and I was anxious to see the finished product when we returned. I could not believe the difference in my old oak floor. It looked amazing! having only been in the house a year, I knew they had the potential to be beautiful, but I couldn't believe the rich brown colors that the cleaning and re-coating brought out. I would definitely recommend this company and will purchase another coupon when it becomes available. At that price, a yearly deep cleaning becomes much more affordable.

The technician was there right on time, and took the necessary time to walk through the areas to see what special attention would be needed. Originally, I had planned on only having the carpeting done (on the Deal) but after finding out they also do area rugs, adding that in as well. Everything turned out great - even got up a pretty good size oil spot in the middle of the entry way! I plan to also use them to clean my tile kitchen so that the grout is back to its real color - white!

The owner Bob called me right away to schedule the work, and gave me a great price. The technician Steve was punctual, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained to me clearly how long I should let each item dry, and how I should spot clean in the future. Gave me a small bottle of cleaner to use, free of charge.

Tech arrived on time. He explained how the process worked and pointed out areas of concern. They had more wear & might not clean up as nicely as the other areas. Would need to sand it in order to get it really clean. Did not try to upsell me just explaining that the area might not clean up as well as the other parts of the floor. It took a couple hours for him to complete the job. He spent a lot of extra time trying to clean up some of the rougher spots ( the floor was pretty bad). The floor looked fantastic and the extra work on the rough areas cleaned up nicely. Floor looked brand new. The tech was friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the work.

Michael, with Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning, did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The Whole-House carpet cleaning for $149 was a great deal, cleaning our basement, stairs, hallway, three bedrooms and an office. The owner of Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning, Bob Giese, was very pleasant and helpful on the phone when I scheduled the cleaning. Great customer service, in every way!

I always see the Kwik Dry van on my way to the store, so I chose to try them out. We bought the $109 deal for the upholstery cleaning and got our rug and couch cleaned. We paid extra for Scotchguarding, too. The owner, Bob, was very nice when he called to schedule a time to come out. It was a couple weeks until the first opening, but that wasn't a big deal for us. A different guy came out on the date scheduled and was a few minutes early. That was kind of nice because so many times people are late. He was very friendly and a good conversationalist. The couch and rug are definitely cleaner and do not have dog hair caked into them anymore. I think the price for all that we received was very good, and I think we would hire Kwik Dry again for the same services or some of the other things they do... air ducts, wood floors, etc. It took a long time for the couch to dry enough to sit on, but it's worth it to have it so much cleaner and odorless. We'll probably have them do this service at least once a year to keep our rather expensive couch in good condition.

Two workers arrived on time and were very courteous. They steam cleaned the tile floor in the kitchen and it looked so much brighter when they were finished. They did a very good job.

I purchased the $149 for whole-house carpet cleaning on 1/22/2015, asking Kwik Dry if they could clean on either 2/6, 2/16, or 2/17 when I purchased the deal. Bob responded on 1/23, and we set an appointment for 2/12. Bob's guys showed up on time and cleaned every bit of carpet to my wife's satisfaction. We added one flight of stairs for an additional fee. We would hire Kwik Dry again.

They did a great job and our carpets look great! All stains came out of the carpet. I would definitely hire them again.

The representative was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained his process, worked quickly to complete his job and did exactly as described. I will see as time passes the overall outcome.

Only one person came out and it took him about three hours. There were no unexpected issues. I would recommend them and it was my first time using them. My main like was that he was able to make it look new again. It still looks good several months afterwards.

The service went very well. I feel like they cleaned an additional chair at no extra cost. They also cleaned the sofa and love seat. One technician came out and completed the job in a timely manner. He was nice and professional. The service as expected and scheduling was easy.
