Excellent!!! The technician came in and was very pleasant and informative. He advised me of the procedures of their carpet cleaning. When all the carpets were done and dried, they looked amazing, felt very soft and the house smelled wonderful! I was concerned as I have 2 dogs and was afraid that the dog smell from the carpets would still linger (as I have had that happen before), but there was no dog smell in the carpets whatsoever. So pleased with quality of work, customer service and will DEFINITELY have them back the next time the carpets need to be cleaned.

I first used quick dry to clean my mattresses. Steve was very professional and conscientious about his work and I was satisfied overall I had purchased 2 Angie's list deals for carpet cleaning with unlimited square footage and stone/ tile cleaning/ sealing for 350 square feet. When Steve and Michael arrived to my house they calculated the square footage of the stone/ tile that I wanted cleaned. Given that I had mainly bought the "stone cleaning" deal to have my countertops sealed ( which totaled 80 sq ft I didn't want to pay the extra $100 to have my entire master bath cleaned especially since marble floors were relatively clean to begin with. Within 5 minutes we were able to exclude a few areas in the bathroom to bring down the total to the allotted 350 square feet After Steve and Michael had left I realized that they hadn't cleaned parts of the master bath floor that they were supposed to. In addition, I felt that granite countertops were not adequately sealed given that parts of the sinks were still staining with water within 2-3 few minutes opposed to the "water test" rule which basically states that if an adequate seal is placed, the seal should slow the rate of absorption to greater than 15 minutes. I called Bob, the owner, the next day to address these issues. I got a call back from Michael, who told me that the areas not cleaned were parts that we had discussed excluding in order to meet the square footage limit. I clarified with him the areas that we had discussed to exclude, but some of the additional areas which were excluded should have been cleaned. He disagreed, so I went back and measured my bathroom, and found that I WAS CORRECT. After calling Michael back he proceeded to tell me that they generally round up with their measurements, but I didn't feel that rounding up should create a 40 square foot discrepancy. He also told me that sealing the countertops won't prevent water marks from occurring even with a few minutes, but will prevent them from staining permanently. Bob called back a few hours later, and after telling him that the guys must have gotten confused with which areas to exclude since I did in fact confirm with my own measurements. He told me that I should have just paid the additional amount to make it less confusing. He also stated that his guys spent the first hour of the job taking measurements ( isn't this something they have to do anyway?!). Once again, it wasn't rocket science to subtract the few additional areas in order to meet sq ft limit, which took about 5 minutes! In regards to inquiring about the adequacy of the sealing, and the water test, he became quite defensive and called me the "expert". He stated that his guys had spent 11 man hours at my house, as if somehow that was my fault, and I should be satisfied. I told him that he shouldn't post deals on Angie's list that he feels are unreasonable for the cost! Rather than becoming passive aggressive, I would have appreciated it if Bob could have explained to me why I shouldn't be concerned about the seal on the countertops ( why the water test is not an adequate way to assess adequacy of seal) or offered to come out to my house and take a look at the counters or measure area in my bathroom which we could not seem to agree on. In more words than I wanted to hear ( finally had to hang up on him), he basically took the word of his workers over the customer. I think that this is because he is so busy, given all of his Angie's list deals, that he frankly doesn't have the time to check the quality of his employees work when there is a dissatisfied customer OR it is not worth his time for someone who bought a service at a discounted rate. As always, you get what you pay for!!! I believe that Kwik Dry did an adequate job for the most part, but if you are looking for high quality, detailed work you should look elsewhere. In all honesty, at this price point perhaps this is what I should have expected. I dd not feel that the way the situation was handled was very professional and was left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Got started hours late but had kept us informed. Seems to have appropriate equipment. Pleasant person. The only problem we have with the job is that inadequate attention was paid to treating some of the ordinary, smudge-type stains. These are types of stains that we believe should have come out. Didn't get started until late in the day and may have been a bit rushed.

They were very professional, walked through the whole house with me before starting, noted any problem spots, explained what they were going to do and the equipment and procedures they would use. They were prompt, came at the scheduled time, even called to tell me their exact arrival time which had been in a window of time at first. They were cordial and respectful, to me, and to my furniture! When all dried, there were a few problem spots that still needed attention. They returned my calls promptly and came back out and re-cleaned some areas. I was very happy with their service.

Bought an Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning at $167 for 1800 sqft. Paid extra ($65) for added sq ft and special carpet treatment after a much-loved, elderly dog passed away but left some soiled areas on the carpet. They did a great job, thorough, cheerful and professional, easy to work with, and did a little extra for nothing. This is the second time we've used Kwik Dry and will likely use them again.

Excellent. Services exactly what I was seeking, Floors look great, btw. I have scheduled two more jobs with the company. [OK, yes, wanted to see how the first round went.] IMPORTANT: I inquired about these services, nobody "tried to sell me something" or "frighten me into buying/needing whatever" An extremely easy transaction! (last flooring person - somewhat different job - ALSO did excellent work - had the place torn up for I think eight days..) Friendly, professional, staff, always explained what they were doing next. nothing but positive all the way around.

They did a really great job. They spent extra time with my carpets due to us having pets. If you have any family members with allergies they are the people to use. We also had them come back out to clean all of our vents and they did an awesome job.

Everything was fantastic. Arrived early. Fast worker. It took a little over an hour. Did not miss a spot. Micheal was our service technician and he did a great job! Will definitely use again.

With an active baby and a golden retriever we needed to get our carpets deep cleaned. We purchased the special and it was very easy to schedule. They showed up right on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned with me and were very efficient and the carpets look fantastic. Would definitely use them again!!

This was the second time I used this company. They are fabulous! They arrived during the time promised, explained exactly what they were going to do and did it. Both of the technicians are very professional, friendly and very courteous. I absolutely love the way my carpets look after they are done! It dries within 4-6 hours and they give you booties for you to wear until it is dry. I have no complaints. I will definitely use this company again and again. I used a Big Deal which made it extremely affordable.

Bob and his crew were exceptional! They showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional and friendly. The results of the wood flooring that they cleaned and coated are really amazing, the floors look new. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I purchased an Angie's List deal for an area rug cleaning. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly and efficient. It turned out that my rug was smaller than the size covered by the deal. So, the guys did another rug for me at no extra charge, although I did decide to purchase an extra scotchgard coat for both rugs.

Steven, the young man who did the work was very nice, friendly, helpful, and explained everything in detail before he started. My house is over 100 years old and the floor finish was worn off. After the cleaning and new sealer, they look beautiful. I am very happy and so glad that I had this done !!!

Arrived right on time. Mike clearly explained the process and answered my questions. He recognized the need to make sure our 3 cats did not get outside. They have a conduit for their hoses that meant a door would be left ajar. At some point as I was herding the cats to an area they could be contained while the cleaning was being done one of the cats went MIA. Mike said they had been very careful about making certain no one escaped. I felt confident he was right. They helped me search inside and out for for a good 10 - 15 minutes with no luck. At that point I told them to proceed and the cat would eventually come out when it was all over and quiet. The work was done and they were packed and ready to go in an hour. The rugs look great and I'm very glad to have the stain protection since one of the rugs is about 90 years old. The hardwood floors beneath the rugs were dry and the rugs dried quickly. It is amazing how much loft the rugs have regained now that the dirt is out. And yes, the cat did reappear when all was quiet. I highly recommend Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning and would hire them again.
