The owner of the company was the one who cleaned my carpets. He was very courteous and professional. He did a very nice job and the carpets looked like new when he was finished. I would definitely hire him again.

They did an excellent job and removed stains from the carpet that I thought would never come out. I highly recommend this company.

I called Kwik Dry about 6/27 or 6/28/15 to schedule carpet cleaning, explaining the need to have it done ASAP, as we were having family arrive on 7/3 with a toddler who would undoubtedly be playing on the floor. In addition to routine cleaning, there were also several pet stains and pet odors that required special treatment. The provider agreed to schedule the cleaning for 6/30 and was very attentive to the pet issues that existed, for which we paid extra for the stain and odor removers. The carpet looked great, and we would definitely hire this provider again.

They came to deep clean and seal my wood kitchen floor then cleaned the carpet for me too. My kitchen floor turned out okay. I really needed to have my floor refinished I guess. I was hoping the cleaning would remove the dark scratches from my maple floor which it didn't do. They looked better and had a nice shine though. The carpets looked much better after the cleaning. The guys were nice and worked very hard.

The service went well and the carpets looked great when done. They were honest about stains that would not come up in advance of the cleaning, but really it all looked darned good. The only very minor issue for me was that it took a lot longer to dry than I thought it would. Probably 8 hours.

Steven arrived on time and was extremely thorough in explaining how the process would work and how much it would cost. I did request additional services, due to the nature of the work, and was extremely pleased with the price and the attention to detail in completing the cleaning thoroughly and efficiently.

They arrived on time and finished in the amount of time that was quoted to me when I made the appointment. Some additional cleaning was needed in some of the rooms after they left (due to the debris from the vents) but overall the service was very good.

They did a good job and I was pleased with the work. The technician showed up on time and did what he promised. There were some areas that were in bad shape that they were able to improve. There was one spot where I think the hose leaked and left a dirt mark. In all fairness I did not call them to come back as it wasn't worth bothering them. Generally they did a god job and we would be happy to use them again.

Overall satisfied with the work. There were some stains that I wasn't sure they'd be able to remove and although they looked clean when the carpet was cleaned initially they reappeared in about two days. The deal I purchased did not make it clear that there was a limit on the number of stairs that would be cleaned.

Everything went extremely well. The grout looks so much better. Workers were professional, thorough, and friendly.

They came earlier than the scheduled time, but It went well. The carpet is very clean afterwards.

Purchased Angie's list deal for new home. Bob was very responsive, was able to access new home via lockbox,kept me in the loop on his progress and all carpets were cleaned on time and as promised.

Bob wasn't able to remove any of the stains on the grout; I was very disappointed, but in all fairness he told me upfront that they don't guarantee they can rove all stains and asked if I still wanted them to do the job, which I said yes too. We bought the house 6 months prior to the job and the stains were already there. The tile itself looked clean and shinny; They did a very good job on that.

Mr. Giese and his co-worker were very professional and they arrived at the exact time I was told they would be here. When I walked them through my home, Mr. Giese, the owner, saw a potential problem area on my staircase and explained what probably caused the issue and what attention he was going to give it. Since my carpets had not been cleaned in 10 years, I wasn't sure what to expect when they were finished. They look great! I felt very comfortable with both men in my home while I was by myself. I also give special kudos to Mr. Giese when he expressed concern that my cat may run out the door since it was going to be propped open. I'm not sure most service professionals would consider that possibility or even voice their concern. I will definitely use Kwik Dry again for my carpet cleaning and will use them for other services as well such as upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, etc.

They were very professional. The owner came with another worker. They are quick and very knowledgable about the cleaning of the carpets. It was obvious that her take pride in his work. Your have to move things but it was worth it for the price. I would recommend Bob and his Kwik Dry company to anyone and would use them again. I'm seriously thinking of using Bob to clean my hardwood floors as well.

Service men went right to work and did a fine job. They were very helpful in explaining how their process worked.

They did call the day before we were scheduled to have it done, as they had some flooding that they apparently had to deal with before us (not them but customers) - then called back later and said they could still make our appointment but by that time we had changed arrangements - it really didn't matter to us but might to someone else. They left the carpets looking lovely !! The carpets were pretty old and were in bad states in some areas and they did a great job. I would definitely have them again and would recommend them.

They did a great job. Professional, polite, and easy to work with. No hassle, added some extra area at a very reasonable cost. I will be using them again.
