It was wonderful! Came at the exact time of appointment. Worked on a few areas that needed extra help. Very nice person that came to house. The owner called and we discussed possible additional work on hard wood floors for late date. Will diffidently use again.

The provider contacted me within a day of my purchasing a deal on Angies List and we set up an appointment. He and his assistant arrived at the appointed time and were very courteous. Both on the phone and when they arrived, the provider was very clear about what I should expect from the service. He explained the difference between deep cleaning and refinishing. He and his assistant were here about 3 hours and did a fabulous job. I'm very happy with the outcome and would use them again.

It went great. He got all the spots out and it did it quickly. Overall it looks almost new.

Very smooth transaction. I left a lockbox on the vacant rental so the company could go in and do the job. Carpets look great. I bought the $167 deal then paid an additional $35 for extra stain removal option. They called me before applying the stain removal solution so I could authorize the extra charge. Very smooth transaction and took up very little of my time, which is great for a very busy property manager!

Even though they were booked out several weeks in advance Bob worked me in with an early morning appointment within a few days.. The air ducts had 25 years of dirt in them and looked spotless when they left.

An elderly couple lived in this house before I bought it and the carpet was 15 years old and badly neglected. I thought I was going to have to remove it all but l saw a deal of the week on Angie's List that was so cheap I decided to give cleaning a try. In less than 2 hours the cleaner Scott sent me had the carpets looking like they were only 2-3 years old. He got out stains that I didn't think could possibly come out. I was bragging to some coworkers about how good of a job Kwik-Dry did for me and found out some of them paid almost $700 to get the same service elsewhere.

Bought service for carpet cleaning of full basement. Discussed additional rooms while they were there and ended up having all carpeted areas cleaned for an additional reasonable amount. Very pleased with quality of work. Service representative very knowlegable. Discussed other service the provide for wood and tile floors and expect to contract for this later on.

The wood floors and carpet turned out beautiful! The carpet had been stained, and those were completely removed. The wood floors were dull and now they are shiny and fresh looking. The furniture was dirty and it is now very clean, but whatever procedure they used, you can see the vacuum marks on the furniture, and they don't rub off. We have tried to get the marks off, but only after much wear do they disappear, like in the places that we sit all of the time. The rest of the furniture has the vacuum marks.

Things went very well. I called after purchasing the Angies List deal to have my carpets cleaned and Bob (the owner) called me back within minutes to schedule the appointment. He was able to get me in the following weekend - which was totally fine by me. There was an extra charge of $46 to clean the 17 stairs between my 2 floors. The 2 gentlemen that came to clean my carpets actually arrived approximately 2 hours early because an earlier job was finished sooner than expected. They called me to make sure it was okay to come that much early. They came in, viewed the home, got an idea of the layout and QUICKLY got to work. They did a great job, moved a couple small pieces of furniture, and were gone. I would recommend them and will use them again if/when the need arises.

Michael was on time and very professional. He did a great good job on our carpets. He explained everything in detail before starting the job and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Kwik Dry Carpet cleaning to all Angie's list users.

What I really liked about them is that even though they provide other services, they didn't try to beat me over the head with upsells. I spoke with the owner and he was just a really great guy to talk to. The 2 technicians that came out were very pleasant and very professional and I plan on hiring them again.

Rich was sent out and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He came right on time and had a lot of good advice.

The technician was polite, professional, and truly "kwik". My 20 year old carpets looked, smelled, and felt soft and new. I will definitely use this service again. Very satisfied.

Awesome job by Michael. Got stains out that I was concerned about. Informative about taking care of carpets and how to keep them in good shape and extend their life. I will definitely have them back again for carpets and other services.

Absolutely fantastic. Bob is a gem - responsive, on-time, explained everything, kind, happy - just an all-around wonderful man and service. Our basement carpet was on its "last leg" after our 23 yr. old cat and two teenagers had their way with it - Bob came in and cleaned and deodorized and now it not only looks brand new (carpet is 8 yrs. old) and sparkling clean, the odors are gone! I would hands down recommend Bob and Kwik Clean to anyone! PS - some of the can lights were out in part of the basement and he changed them for me too - full service at its best!

The technician showed up on time, walked through the house and pointed out all spots and asked what I thought they were and explained whether or not he thought he could remove them, cleaned the carpet and left everything in great shape. The carpet was in much better shape than I expected it could ever be and I am hoping to get several more years use out of it than I had thought I could! It did take a little longer for the carpet to dry than he had told me it would, but that could have been because of the humidity that day. Overall, he did a great job, and I would highly recommend the company.

The service was fine but then a few weeks after the owner called me due to issues with the bill, there were some internal issues between the owner and technician who performed the service.

They are a wonderful company. They did a great job. The charged me extra for the stairs. They came on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was average as far as carpet cleaners go.

It went fine. The workers did good job and they were on time. They give good value for money.
