Very well done professional job completed in a timely manor. Difficult to treat stains removed. Will use this company again.

Technician was on-time, polite and extremely efficient. He cleaned both levels of our home in 1-1/2 hours, and left the carpets looking great. The carpets were near dry in 4 hours, completely dry in 8. We will likely have them return each year, and plan to use them to clean and seal our wood floors.

Tech was a little early but I was prepared (VERY ok with that) ., I had all the furniture out and carpet-ready. He asked about any trouble spots, I showed where I over-watered a plant and typical traffic areas. He must have pre-treated because there's no signs of them anywhere now<<I had said " I'll stay out of your way" and was very pleased with the end result. Nicest guy you'd ever meet, I'd want him for my employee if it were my company. Carpet looked new after drying. I will call them again.

Representative was on time, did a very good job and left a stain remover in case we had future pet issues. I originally wrote a review and gave them a "B" because I thought some spots remained but they were just shadows of the carpet cleaner lines. I want to re-write this and give them an A+

Bob was very accommodating after I had to change my appointment with him twice. The guys who came out to clean were very efficient. The carpets/stairs were clean in a couple of hours and dry by evening. It is always great to have clean carpet.

Arrived 15 minutes early, got right to work, did a good job. Mike, the technician, was friendly, personable and professional.

It worked fine. We didn't pay extra. They did a pretty good job.

They were prompt. The work was done professionally and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. No surprise extra charges. No pressure to purchase other services. We would hire this company again.

They asked us to move our car when they first got here which was no big deal. One guy noticed my husbands motorcycle. With the other guy we walked around and I showed him what needed to to be cleaned. He said that they don't move furniture because there is not dirt or dust that gets under them. Then I showed him a spot on the family room floor which looks like he was able to get most of it out. They came from 12:30-1:30 and then last night between 7-8pm decide to run the vacuum, we hear dirt coming up into the vacuum but they just got done shampooing and when we took a closer look there was spots in our bedroom, and spots on the top of the stairs that look like they where not touched at all.

They were very punctual, did a thorough job, helped me move furniture. All around good experience.

The service was ok. They were nice but could have been a little bit cleaner. It seemed like the spot turned up after they had cleaned.

They did a great job with the carpet I really do recommend them for carpet cleaning, they removed spots I could never get out. The marble did not go as well. We expected a polished bank finish, since my husband works in the banking industry he wanted his marble to shine, They had a spray they put on the marble then they used a hand polisher, this was not what I was expecting and it definitely did not give me the results I was expecting. I was not charged for the marble because they could not get that bank shine.

It went well. I had some questions, but the owner (Bob Giese( was very responsive and answered my questions and provided great customer service.

They were great. Very efficient, they came back to redo a spot that I was not satisfied with. I spoke to Bob the owner several times and he was very detailed and they were very nice.

These guys are fantastic, and at this price you can't go wrong. Punctual, polite, helpful, and the carpets look spiffy. Nothing more to add - this is one of the better customer experiences out there.
