My dog had an accident (the worst kind) on the carpet in my dining room on the day after Christmas. I called Bob and he arrived 2 hours later. Within 20 minutes all remnants of the stain were gone! I would have been impressed with Kwik Dry's response and results on any day, but this was the day after Christmas!! Will give all my future carpet cleaning jobs to Kwik Dry.

The technician called me and actually showed up an hour early he was very courteous and professional and my carpets look great now

Jordan and Michael were both pleasant and professional. They explained the process and pretreated stains. They were very careful with our things and did a wonderful job. The carpet looks great. I will use this company in the future.

The person that came out had not done this by himself before. So we have hardwood floors and he cleaned the flood and then put the finishing. So he poured it on and then he went outside and took a call. So it was very splotchy and then when we called that night saying it didn’t look right they said it could be our floors. So when we called them again and said this guy was walking outside and like splattering the stuff and putting the chemical on and then taking a call outside and then coming back and they said that was probably why. He came back the next day and he had somebody come with him and they reapplied it and it looks better. He wasn’t holding himself accountable. That was my negative. When I called back had he not made excuses he could have gotten a higher grading. They should have checked the experience of the person they sent out.

Company was on-time and completed it to satisfaction. Would definitely use them again. They gave good advice to maintaining the hardwood floors moving forward.

The furniture is clean but the technician wasn't as careful with his equipment and the water as I'd like. He dragged his hoses down my wooden floors and even though he cleaned up most of the extra water, I found wet spots on my wood floors afterwards that I had to clean up. Also, my upholstered furniture is still striped from the high-powered vacuum. I think this will go away with use, but it's a little weird.

My Kitchen tiles were extremely black. I actually forgot what color the grout were:) Any way Mike came in with his helper Jordan and they got to work immediately. They used a buffer/steamer to clean the grout. Mike took the time to explain that most of the grout may not be restored. It took them about hour and half to complete the job. The floor looks great! I am happy with the outcome.

They did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend. They were on time, and completed the job efficiently. The floors look outstanding, and I am extremely pleased with this outcome. I will probably use these guys again in the future as I work my way thru the house.

They were on time, they said it would take two hours and they were gone in 2 hours and 15 minutes after clean up. They even put the system back together correctly after the last air duct cleaner did not. We always call Bob's crew over to do anything in regards to carpet cleaning, marble tile and grout cleaning, hardwood cleaning and restoration and now we will add air ducts to the list. They are on time, they are fair, they price their services right and take the time to answer questions and explain what they are doing even though I know how busy they are.

Steve was very efficient and thorough. I appreciated the footies they provided in the event I needed to walk across the carpet before it was dry. They are the only company that I have used that offers that. I will be using Kwik Dry from now on.

Once scheduled and performed the cleaning went very well. I live alone and can only get out of work one afternoon per week. Bob was very accommodating but when he made some time and date options I replied and confirmed his call with a text message. That was convenient for me since I was at work. Many people can attest to the use of your phone during work hours is often frowned upon by management. However , he did not get the message so he did not schedule it. Since I thought I was scheduled I called that afternoon after a couple of hours when no one showed. I left a voice message but did not hear back until the following morning. He promptly returned my call and left a message and offered the following week. The work was done to my satisfaction and was done professionally and promptly. He explained the process and answered all my questions completely. He went over the dirtiest areas multiple times to do the best he could. I would just make certain that in the future I confirm with a voice message and /or an email. I would definitely use then again.

Purchased unlimited vent deal from Angie's List. Pretty large house so great value. Mike & Mike were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Mike provided great tips and advice on how to keep the air fresh in a home, things I never thought of before. Such as whole house air purge twice per year and when to do it for best results. They were here for about 3 hours and worked solid without any breaks. The job went well and I have no issues. This was my second job with Kwik Dry and I will definitely hire again. Can't beat the price and quality.

Great experience, the guys that did the work were awesome, courteous, friendly and most importantly they did a great job. We will definitely have them back when we need the service again. The tile and grout look great.

Michael and Steve were very friendly. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They seemed to work efficiently to get the job done. Michael also explained another service that I might be interested in, but it was not a hard sell, just info for the future, and I appreciate that. My only complaint would be that there was a bit of a mess on the floor in the basement where they cleaned the trunk line. I didn't check the basement before they left, otherwise I am pretty sure that they would have cleaned it up if I had noticed and pointed it out. That's why I gave them an A. I would definitely recommend them for this service, and will keep this company in mind if I need any of their other services.
