Great! I spoke to the owner on Thursday and was a little desperate because I was having company Friday evening. He worked me in at 8am Friday morning. The 2 guys showed up when they said they would, got to work quickly, were very nice and professional and after it dried, the carpet looked wonderful. All the spots were gone. I was especially concerned about a large spot that was from butter. I had tried to spot remove it several times with no success, but after the Kwik Dry team was done, it looked as good as new. I also asked and received a bid for granite cleaning and polishing. This was at my request; they didn't bring it up or pressure me in any way. I was wanted to have an idea of what it would cost and plan to eventually get it done.

Great experience! Very friendly, accommodating. Did the job well and very fast. Didn't over-promise. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Workers were friendly and punctual. They appear to have done the work. My issue was the filth that was left on and around the ducts that were cleaned, in particular the return registers. The floor and furniture near these registers were caked with dust and dirt I had previously contracted another company to do duct cleaning for a condo I manage, and they cleaned every bit of dust and debris in every unit, so it was a huge surprise and pretty disappointing that Kwik Dry did such a poor job of cleaning up after themselves.

Went very well. The only issue was once they left and I turned on the heating system a lot of dust was blown through out the house. If we had been warned it probably wouldn't have been a big deal.

The man sent out, Steve if I remember correctly, was extremely professional and such a great guy. He was a perfectionist and thoroughly prepped our dining room floor for best results prior to using the cleaning machine. Once he began the cleaning and polyurethane process, it was extremely easy, quick and the results were fabulous. The floors had not been cleaned that well in years and they are old peg and plank floors. They have a great luster to them now and I couldn't be happier. Without refinishing the floors completely, this was a great way to keep me happy with them until we decide to invest in a total refinish. I bought this as a Deal on Angie's list and they were completely prompt at reaching out to me. It was I who took weeks to get back to their emails and calls. Once I finally called we had a scheduled appointment within a few business days.

The provider did a great job - he was quick and thorough. He shared information on other services they provided without being too pushy. I was happy with the service.

Kwik Dry did a great job on my floors, my wife is thrilled with how they look like new! The guys arrived when they said they would, were friendly and professional, kept me informed of progress, and did a great job on the floors! I would definitely hire again

Bob at Kwik-Dry was very quick to reach out and schedule the appointment. Quick to return calls as well. The counters looks shiny and new. The shower looks great too. Steve (the technician) was very good about explaining why a couple of things on the plastic lip around the shower glass didn't come out completely. He also suggested some options for dealing with the plastic. I'm very happy with the experience and have booked them to do more work on my floor tile.

Floor looks nice. Only problem was the service man plugged in his vaccuum/scrubber, and put out the lights on that circuit. I had no problem previously. The guy went downstairs with me to check the circuit breaker - he didn't think that was the problem. I too looked at the circuit breaker panel after they left, and admit I did not find the switch had been thrown. However, I called my handyman, and he pushed on one of the levers, and the lights went back on. So, it was a circuit breaker issue. Not sure why the circuit "blew" with plugging in his machine.

the guys were amazing, we left a check and a garage door opener and they did everything else. I got home an the carpet was ever so slightly damp, could hardly tell the furniture was back in place. The basement got a little water over Christmas so we wanted to clean it. Amazing service would use again for sure

The services performed were on a home that is for sale. The services were performed in preparation for an upcoming Open House. Crew was: early; professional; walked the job before starting; considerate of my timer; and finished when they projected. They left the home clean and secure. Originally they were to return to service the wooden floors. A cancelation by another clients allowed them to complete all requested work in one day. I would highly recommend the owner Bob Giese and his crew, Jordan and Mike, to anyone needs similar services. Great job guys. Thank you!

I wish I would have read all the reviews on this provider. Initially Bob was really nice over the phone. However I was disappointed in the results of my floor. After having to come back to my house 2 additional times and being verbally abused by Bob on the phone I definitely would not recommend him. I am disappointed in how my floors look and have learned an expensive lesson about not trusting Angie's List Deals. I'm sure if Bob responds he will dismiss my opinion and twist the whole experience to make it look like I am somehow in the wrong. I am skeptical of Angie's list and plan on discontinuing my membership.

We had a rug which had years of 4 kids of wear and tear - it needed a lot of help. The person who came to work spent a lot more time than he usually did on the job, and re-worked the particularly worn areas to ensure it was a great result. The gentleman who performed the service was careful to not get the hardwood floors dirty, and really took his time and was obviously working hard to ensure we got the best result. I'd go with Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning without hesitation - and would recommend to friends. Not a problem!

The gentleman arrived on time, was very efficient with his work, and the floors had a nice luster when he left. For the results, and the amount of time spent on the job, I consider the price a bargain.

I spoke with Bob (I believe he is the owner) and he was very kind and accommodating. We were moving out of our condo and had 2 small dogs who would sneak into our guest bedroom and leave little surprises. Needless to say it was very embarrassing and that carpet needed HELP! I bought a coupon for $119 but I knew I might have to pay a little more for some extra work. Bob was very helpful and we used a deodorizer on the carpet. My husband went the condo later to pick up the key and said the apartment looked WONDERUL-- he couldn't believe how great the carpet looked and smelled! And he always finds something that "could be done better." I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. Floor was spotless and shiny.

It was not that good. It took longer than I expected, almost a whole day. They were sent out two technicians. It was very inconveniencing. I had to stay in all day. I tried to call them to let them know but they didn't pick up. They scheduled after the holiday yet I wanted them to come during the holiday so I was not that happy. There were additional charges to cover extra square footage in the basement area. They should improve on their scheduling. The quality of the work was okay but they didn't get rid of some of the stains.

The service went wonderful. The individual who came out was very respectful and nice. He walked the house with me before he began and explained the process and what to expect afterwards.

It worked out very well. The service was great. The gentlemen that came to do the work was very efficient. My carpets took a lot longer, than they said they would, to dry. I am not sure I am happy with the results, in that, I kind of feel like they are tracking down more than they were before the thing. The price was okay.
