Great. The two man crew arrived a little late but had notified us with plenty of time for us to adjust schefules. They got straight to work and finished the job promptly.

Terribly. Although I received confirmation of the purchase from Angie's list on June 28, I have heard nothing since June 28 either from Kwik Dry or from Angie's list.

After the technicians came to my home and moved all the furniture to get started, they called the owner to tell him how many rooms they would be cleaning. He then decided to pull them off the job and I believe it was because he did not think the job would be worth their time since I have so much carpet. He said he did not want to take the chance that the work would not be to my satisfaction. I had taken the day off from work in order for this project to be completed, and now they have wasted my time.

My dryer was working fine when they came. After they left, my clothes would not dry. They damaged the aluminum venting that was attached to the louvres on the outside wall. We had to reattach it to get the clothes to dry.

Arrived on time and were professional and friendly. Tile cleaning was done well and turned out very nice.

Prompt, good work quality, very informative. There was a small area that was not covered adequately and they were very prompt to return and rectify the problem. I have used them before and feel they do quality work to make the customer happy.

great, They were on time, did a great job cleaning the floor and applied 2 coats of protectant. I could walk on the floor in about an hour, and there was very little, if any, smell in the house. I will definitely consider using them for other work in the future.

Excellent. The young man providing the service was very friendly, punctual, professional. He did a great job cleaning the ceramic tile- 15 year old grout looked like new! Carpets also looked great. He was very hardworking. I would definitely use this compnay again!

Kwik Dry did a great job, & $149 to do all my carpeting was really a bargain. Also gave me a better deal on scotch guarding. Very satisfied with the work performed, & arrived on time & got project done in a reasonable amount of time.

Very professional and excellent customer service. The service started even before they showed up as we had a few questions on how to best prepare for their service. There was a HUGE difference after they were completed with refinishing the floors. We are very pleased.

The two-man team from Kwik Dry arrived slightly late because the customer prior to this appointment added services. For me, this wasn't a big deal as I was working from home and could afford the delay. Still, Kwik-Dry was diligent about contacting me by phone both to let me know they've be running a little behind and to let me know they were on the way. When the team arrived, they greeted me respectfully and professionally, entered the house and reviewed the areas that I wanted cleaned. They asked me if I had special concerns and then reviewed with me the process/procedures they'd follow to get the job done. They moved efficiently and worked steadily without distraction but also without rushing. They were exemplary in work ethic. The carpets, post cleaning, look great. We had had at least two years of regular foot traffic on these floors and then some rooms had suffered the effects of a sickly family pet that passed earlier this spring. The cleaning process addressed these problems as well as or better than can be expected. I am very satisfied with both the process and the results and would recommend this Kwik Dry team to others.

They completed the job in 15 min. I was surprised they were done that fast. The floor still smells of pet odor and now I feel that I need to get it cleaned again. The carpet does not look clean at all. I spoke with the owner and he was rude to me on the phone.

Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning didn't show up. No call. When we finally got them on the phone they said that they were "overbooked" and the best they could do was to schedule our cleaning for the following week at 7:15 am. Aside from the fact that we had rescheduled work in order to be home for the service, moved furniture, kenneled pets for the day - all of which is expected - the best that they could do was to reschedule over a week later. When we, very nicely mind you, said that a 7:15 start time seemed a bit early and asked if there was a different date and time earlier - the person from Kwik Dry became agitated and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service.

I?m not very satisfied. After they were done, I thought they did a good job. They said the carpets would table about 6-8 hours to dry. After about 24 hours later, most of the carpets are still wet. I had my normal cleaning folks come the next day.? However, they could not vacuum or clean areas where we had to pile on things to keep them off the rug. ? I had some areas with pet stains.? They did not put any extra cleaning products on them like Stanley Steemer did. ? I chose this company as part of an Angie?s List special.? The price was hard to pass up. But now I?m concerned about mold.? Not saying I have it now or will get it but I don?t think carpets should be wet for too long? ? Lesson learned.? You get what you pay for.?

Kwik Dry again did a wonderful job with our carpet cleaning, and on very last minute notice. Due to pet stains during the painful process of quick declining health and ultimate good bye to our family Labrador, Kwik Dry was very helpful in getting right out to assist during this tough timeframe. This was the second time we used Kwik Dry - the first was right before the birth of our child. Wonderful service and results both times - we do not hesitate to recommend Kwik Dry and will definitely use them again.

A professional team from top to bottom. Spoke to the owner twice and I found him to be friendly, accommodating and eager to provide service. Today's technician was professional at all times and explained every step of the cleaning process from beginning to end. He explained additional features that Kwik Dry Carpet Cleaning can perform from cleaning/treating hard wood floors, cleaning air ducts/dryer vents to adding scotch guard to my newly cleaned carpets if I wanted. At no time did I feel pressure to add on items. I felt he was merely explaining what other services they can perform should want to use them again in the future. By the way, I'd definitely use them again in the future.
